It's broken right now. It opens to a grey screen. I restarted the phone, uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it. Still: just a solid grey screen with no way to log in, or see content.

Ever since I upgraded to premium I'm having issues with chromecast that I never had before. every few minutes it freezes on the chromecast but the time keeps moving forward in the app and I have to disconnect and reconnect exactly 4 times before it starts playing again. then it happens again in the next few minutes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing.

This app provides great contents, but their ad system is annoying. I don't mind watching some ads, but this app is buggy and often times play ad and content at the same time. When it happens, you can't stop/skip ad. you have to kill the app and restart. It is a very annoying bug in the software!

It was working ok although I had to uninstall and reinstall every time when I want to watch something. However, it completely stopped working 2 days ago. It keeps closing itself. Reinstalling does not work. I contacted ODK, but did not get any help. I have a premium account and this is very frustrating and disappointing.

The app doesn't work well with the galaxy tab s7 plus. The menu where you choose videos to watch will not rotate to landscape view. Because of this, you have to turn the tab 90 degrees manually from portrait mode each time you want to choose a new video then rotate it back to watch in landscape. Small thing but wife keeps going back to using this app on a smaller ipad because of this issue.

Google casting from smartphone to Chromecast stopped working. The video starts to buffer and then it crashes to home screen. Apple Airplay does not work anymore. It just keeps buffering and the video never plays. I've contacted ODK Customer Service about these issues and they just give canned response with no solution. They do not even recognize any problem. Very poor customer service. I've tried to cast video on 4 different devices (Google Pixel 3, Samsung Galaxy S9+, Iphone 11 Pro, Ipad Pro 11".). All of them fail to cast video. ODK response was to re-install the app. It is obvious the problem IS THE APP. FIX IT!

I like the app but this app should have next and prev buttons. Also, everytime video ends, I need to go find the next video manually. So waste of time and sometimes really hard to find when I want to watch old episodes. When I click play video button, in episodes tap, it goes back to the latest episode.. Should have next and prev button and should be able to search through episodes. Also, episodes tab shoud stay instead of going back to latest vidoes.

The adds are too annoying, they stop every single 3 seconds, but the actual ep doesnt at all, and most times itll be more than half way over and itll restart the add, without atleast counting it as seen and cmom, one two minute adds with no skip button? Like, seriously? I kove korean dramas but mostly as soon as I click the first ep of anything, adds. I am done with this app and I will look for other apps instead.

I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app in order to use it. I reached out to ODK for help but I get the same response. What is the point of paying for premium when you can't even use the app. Very disappointed Edit 04/05/2022: I tried turning off the wifi and use LTE but still having the same issue.

Still an issue when casting via Chromecast (Screen freezes and becomes nonresponsive, usually after about 30 min of casting.) Submitted this feedback months ago, yet no solution thus far. Not only that, I see from other reviews people experiencing same issue. And please don't tell me to uninstall and reinstall the app, it's clearly a software issue on your end. Please do some research and fix this problem. Thank you.

FIX IT OR START REFUNDING... I've been a Plus member for several years. After the recent app update and basically forced to upgrade to premium membership... my app is crashing at start up. It opens to the Ondemand splash screen then closes every time. I reported the crashes with system log file but no one is responding. Now I can not use services which I paid for... FIX IT OR REFUND!!!

I would have liked it but two consecutive advertisements in a row was a deal breaker. The ads were guite long and running a half a minute or more and it is annoying when it plays and interrupts the movie. The screen is too small and two screens showing at the same time on my google chromebook.

Way too many ads. End up watching more ads than content itself. Also, the same exact and irrelevant ads run over and over which is non sense. At the end of each content, I end up with negative view on advetisors after so many repetitive experience. I get that you offer free content and advertisement is how you can sustain your business but it has gotten to a point where the experience is a disaster - not worth it. I guess it comes down to ODK premium or some other app.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE and the app's menu is always in portrait orientation. Why can it not open in landscape orientation. I have the autorotation set properly in settings and have uninstalled and installed the app several times. Any help would be appreciated. FYI - I have Apple tablets running the app that work just fine.

The app is stuck at the initial loading screen for all of our devices. Deleting the app's cache in the app settings sometimes bypasses the issue but we have to log back in again everytime. However, the issue returns again the next day. Please patch soon because we are considering canceling our subscription.

Been using ODK for about 3 years, but I am considering to use different service on next year. The reason is ODK is lack of provided platforms. Look at VIKi. They can be used in android TV, Roku, apple tv, Amazon fire stick, android phone, in almost evey platforms. About years ago, I asked ODK whether they are going to support Google Chromecast with Google TV. However, only thing or change of platform support I saw was none existence so far. So I will be moving. Don't mind post auto reply

OMG this company's service is getting worse. I've been a customer for YEARS and yes, i pay for premium. It's been working well until last month, the videos started to stop consistently due to 'a media banner ad'. Every single minute I get this message on my TV. If I am paying for PREMIUM, it means NO ADS. You should REMOVE all the 'sponsored messages' banners for premium customers. Im not using the app, I use directly to Web page to watch the videos. Im thinking of switching to TVBAYO.

Thoroughly enjoying Korean contents in US. Thank you. One feature I wish there was in the mobile app is the ability to choose a playback speed, i.e., 1.5x or 2x. It's available on the web version, but not on your mobile version currently. Thank you.

App does not even work, and their suggested solution was to delete the app reinstall or delete app data which means I will have to log in every time I have to use the app. Useless. and this issue has been going on for months.

This app is good. But you know there's 2 major problems with the app. 1- Too much ads I don't mind 1 or 2 ads pop up but more than 3 ads is worse than YouTube since you can't skip them. 2- "Connection Errors" I have good internet service and WiFi so I don't know why does it keep saying that the app can't connect to the network.

The play/stop button is right in the middle of the screen. When I go to hit the button, I usually miss and have to manually push the episode back, which results in catastrophy. I couldn't stand to use this app for 5 minutes before I gave up

From being an apple user and switching to android samsung note 10 plus. I have been a premium member for years and on the app it knows I am a premium member but still keeps showing me ads. I cant watch anything on my phone app. When I use google chrome it doesn't show ads. Whats the point in having an app then. Never had a problem before. I tried to delete and reinstall the app several times and even tried to log out and login but it still shows ads. I dont get why have the premium membership.

it doesn't even often and crashes very often. i am a plus member and using android phone most of time. It works on PC web browser, but not working well with app. Horrible.
