Mildy frustrating. Works fairly consistently most fo the time. Stops unexpectedly occasionally with need to uninstall and reinstall. Doesn't always sync immediately, even when it says it did. Overall it has streamlined processes, but still leaves much to be desired (though that could be opperator error on our companies part). Basically I think more training on all ends should probably be done.

First of all I've been using this app well over a year. This is the worst app that I HAVE to deal with. I've currently been on the clock for over 200 hours, it will not let me clock out. The sync absolutely takes forever and or just wont sync at all. I wish that I never updated it and regret ever moment using this app. Now I have to reinstall every day just to clock out. Instead of adding new features and making it look "nice" how about just making it work..... it just simply needs to work.....

Every Friday I use this app to order and every time it glitches out and just starts loading after scanning an item. Closing and reopening the app does nothing, just get stuck on the home screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to be able to do something again just for the same thing to happen and start all over again until it wants to work.

App will not sync unless I rest the app but after that it will not sync again. Lost all my work entered and missing credits I processsed for companies. When this app worked correctly, I loved using it. Now I dread when I have to open the app.

This app is constantly glitching out or just not working it is ridiculous. I never have an easy day at work because the app always has a problem if it not one thing it's another. I shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall and app for it to work. All and all this app is a headache and just an add stress to the job.

So far out of the 5 months I've used it, it's easy to use... However it is very glitchy sometimes when clocking in or out. Also when I add pictures to my notes sometimes it will say "pictures not on device" although the pictures I upload I never delete. The app gets the job done and that's all I care about 6/15/21 Update. Dana at Movista reached out to me about my review of the app and any feedback that I have. So I'm going up update my review for 4/5 stars.

I can't even get in. Keeps telling me I need to update it but can't do that. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and gor1Hub. It opens but most of the features don't work. My times are all wrong and I can't change them and I also can't answer the questions on 1Hub they are not responding. Now nothing shows up under MyPlans which were there yesterday. Argh

I used to like this app, however the newest update is horrible. When submitting mplans it skips over questions, it takes forever to load, when I go to submit a project after previously pausing it, the app will not submit that project. I've already had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times in 2 days.

This app is NOT compatible with Android 4.1.1 on an HTC One X+ phone. It just crashes when you try to launch it, you don't even get a chance to log in. Please update the requirements to note that it is no longer compatible with Android 4.1.1.

Well the app had some issues but no problem Dana from the help line couldnt fix! At first I encountered a technical wall with the birthdate selection screen that is rewuired to moce forward. Dana helped me adjust it manually on their end to my appropriate age and was abke to finally move on woth the integratiin of my job and this app. Thanks for taking care of it!

Time after time after time, they keep updating this app, and time after time after time, they keep making it worse. I'm here today to download an update because for days straight, everybody has been having problems. Entries are being lost, it won't save data, everyone is frustrated, and for the umpteenth time we have to log out, update, and re-open the app, hoping that this time they've got it right. Whatever my employer is paying for this app is too much.

the app crashes a lot. when holding a bluetooth scanner you have scan the item several times or manually enter a specific amount, but when you scan another item it errors.

Works, for the most part. I use Waze to navigate to the stores i work in and it seems i dont record any "device milage" as a result. This means i cannot recieve fuel compensation from my employer.

I use the 1 hub app now. It appears the same thing. Having to go through this app is a waste of time. Why just let us put our hours in based on the schedule
