The new OneCall app is here!
 
As OneCall customer, you get better control over your mobile life! You get a detailed overview of all subscriptions you manage and have full control of your costs at any given time. For customers with Family Pack, the app gives you a very simple overview of the family's total mobile usage, and you can easily manage your individual members right from the app.
 
Some of what you can do in the app:
- See how much data you have left
- See how much TaMedData you have
- Buy data packs
- Switch off and on locks
- See your costs
 
Good to know!
Our app is of course free, you must have mobile data or Wifi access to use all the services in the app.
 
The app is under development and we will replenish with new functionality on a continuous basis. Be sure to keep the app updated to have access to the latest functionality.

Much improved after the last few updates. Lacks some practical functions but gives a nice overview of current use and status.

I am the chief of our family group, but it only gives access to my account. Not a problem, am cancelling subscription and moving to a company with systems that work. After calls to customer service I still have no access to detailed usage on app or online. Utterly hopeless.
