Well I never thought this day would come, but the app is back to working!!!! Some features don't work, such as organizing the locations by either highest score or number of reviews, as it still just randomly lists the pizza spots when you go under a certain location and hit list. With that said, the fact that you can finally submit a review is good enough to get them three stars, and about time they got around to doing this!!!

Way too many ads, especially when just trying to go back a few seconds. Doesn't keep my screen on so it times out and shuts off often. And what's with removal of the dislike button, what are you YouTube?

Shows places that closed years ago as well as places that don't even serve pizza. There is no place to report a correction. Very poor implementation of a good idea.

I just did a factory reset on my phone. I was desperate to get this app working again. I basically tried a dozen tricks to fix this app but nothing works. It's a shame that nobody out there seems to be responding to the many people complaining about this. (My old post; I can not make posts now for a couple of weeks, I have 111 reviews under the name floridascott, but the app has issues. I have been trying to find someone to fix this issue but I had no luck with anyone on this app to help yet.)

The general idea is great but the app is poorly orchestrated. Videos should have pause/play/skip ahead functions. When they do play (which you generally have to click multiple times for some reason) if my screen times out (which it does, even when in the app) I have to start the thing again because the video glitches. Should have the option to add places as many are missing. Recording a review seems a little glitchy, not sure why it doesn't just have an upload feature so people can be creative

This app did an update in December and now the app no longer works. When you try to post a review you just get a red spinning circle and your review is never posted. This problem has been going on for 2 months. Ridiculous!

I would rate this app a 3.3 on the One Bite Scale. Unfortunately I can only give it 1 start as app that is delivering streaming content sans a CDN, is often irresponsive when trying to play anything but the latest video, & even when you do get a video to play you then have to re-enable the audio which the one tap to play seems to disable. Oh, and you have no way to obtain a forgotten password nor reset your password. Finally, 0.0 points for the locally contributed content which is floppy & oily in quality & usefulness.

I just had to delete the app. Every time I try to post a review it spins and spins until it either times out or I get an error. I tried reinstalling the app. Now it won't let me log in through Facebook. I have tried changing my settings and nothing. I tried creating a new account and still whenever I try to post a review it times out or gives me an error. Spent and hour trying to fix it. Stinks I used this app a lot up until a month ago when this started happening. It was great when it worked

Potential but needs work - listings inaccurate (ex. community can't report a place is permanently closed), but enough detail (is the place NY style, Sicilian, football, fancy, etc.), map is wonky, not enough filters (why can't I filter out chains?!), and location search is wobbly (Washington D.C. defaults to a single ZIP). But I want it to work! Improve and I'll stick with it.

Serious review as I was looking forward to the app. should have in app support feedback. we need to be able to upload prerecorded reviews that weren't recorded in app. Also a place to add pizza places that don't pop up on the map. There's some good places getting left out. Nice to have all the dave reviews in one spot and updated. App is missing the mark at the moment which is disappointing. 3.6 on current status of the app. 4.8 on potential.

Haven't been able to submit a review for 2 months, keeps getting error messages, obviously they don't care about this app as no one returns emails and they haven't addressed the problem many other people are having too

One install, everyone knows the rules. 1 star. It stinks! C'mon Dave. The app simply does not work. Tried to post a review only to get the neverending circle. Then it freezes up. Can't even upload a profile picture. One install, everyone knows the rules. ⭐

I was able to load 1 review then it never worked again. You'd think with all those flunkies they have in their office on social media, they'd have one tech that can fix it.

I have an Android phone. Have not been able to post a review in a few months it just spins and times out.... Please fix!

App stopped working for me. Cannot upload a review. Tried deleting app and redownloading. Still doesn't work.

App has stopped working and hasn't worked in months. Removed and reinstalled only for it to continually spin or timeout when trying to post a review.

I cannot get it to work. I don't want to give access to my location, now the map is flickering becuase it is glitching. I set it to deny location and not ask again, and apparently it cannot handle that. Adding the city manually does nothing. No error, no results, nothing. Too bad I was really looking forward to it.

It would be nice if we can add places that are not on the map. A feature to filter your reviewed places to be able to see them on the map would be pretty cool. Also, videos dont play when I press play. This app has so much potential...

I've tried uploading a video like 30 times Uninstall and reinstall the app. Nothing works! Can't get ahold of anyone to fix. Tried messaging portnoy via Facebook and insta. They don't check anything.

Has a lot of potential. Needs a Facebook friend finder, and it would be nice to see all my reviews in my list, not just the last 10 or so. Also would be nice to have a pizzeria add function. Some good pizza is around, and not listed on the map.

App has all sort of problems with an Android device. Watching videos is extremely buggy and hit and miss. Sometimes you can watch a video, sometimes you can't. Biggest problem I have with this app is what do you do if you want to add a first review to a place that serves pizza but it does not show up on the map as a pizza place? How does this place get added to this app as a place that serves pizza? Not very user friendly which is too bad since it is a good app in theory.

I really wanted to support Barstool as I love the pizza review videos but this app simply does not function well on my samsung s8. Finding local places is almost impossible. I'll have to go back to yelp. I really hope you make some improvements to the app.

I have had no problems with this app as most others have had on here. I use this mostly to find good pizza in my area. So overall this app works perfect for me. The only problem I've had is that when you forget your password they don't send the link to reset.

You should figure out how I can add a photo from my gallery to start a review, instead of the only option being to take a picture. like if someone wants to review the pizza spot after they leave, but did take a photo and saved it to their phone, they cant do that right now.

The app is pretty cool. Like checking out what people think of places around me. Just wish there was an option to add a location that isnt listed on the map. Not sure if that option exists or not if it does I havent found it.

This app is SO damn promising but dissapoints greatly. You have to HOLD the record button down or it stops recording. Trying to upload a 45 second HD review won't upload. The only redeeming part is Dave's reviews are posted on the app but it's not like you can't get them on Twitter. Otherwise it sucks.

Useful app as far as pizza reviews, but holy moses do they need to clean it up a bit. Most in need would be the video player which barely works and doesn't seem to have a full screen option.

This is horribly optimized for Android devices. I was unable to upload any videos or pictures for reviews or even my profile picture. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is that you can still view the reviews other people have made, so there is some functionality.

FIRST OF ALL -- THE MAP IS AMAZING. Love the concept. But i can't upload videos of myself--only photos (glitch? Idunno). Like i have to record myself eat pizza straight into the app. But i get so much pizza love in one place! Recommend the download. Pros outweigh the cons. Download it.
