One Click Downloader
It is supposed to appear when your device asks you to choose a video player. If you choose "Video downloader", the device will download a video file. You can access downloaded files using the "Downloads" application.Video Downloader appears for http video links only.
When you CAN NOT use video downloader:
* YouTube, Vimeo;
* HTML5 embedded videos;
* any case when android doesn't ask you to choose a video player.
When you CAN use video downloader:If android asks you to choose a video player when you're opening a video from web.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is no launch icon for this application. It lauches when you click a video file in web.
Some devices turn off Wi-Fi when they go into sleep mode. The download fails.Please make sure Wi-Fi sleep policy is set to "Never" to prevent this.( http://help.mightytext.net/knowledgebase/articles/49300-set-wi-fi-sleep-policy-to-never

If android doesn't ask for a video player, you might need to clear video player defaults.If you've cleared defaults and it still doesn't ask to select a player... then this application doesn't suit you.If it asks to select a player but Video Downloader is mising in the list, that might be a bug

If your device can't play a downloaded video file, MX Player with a software decoder might help.

I had one like this before but got a new phone, all those over video downloaders are useless.. I don't want to open up their built im browser or any of that crap and i don't need another player.. Just the video cheers
Ok all the people that gave it bad feedback. It will not show up with your apps. It is a program that pretends to be a video player. So when you go on a site like videomix pro. Click on the movie to watch then it should so up open with. I.e movie player.. Mx player ..Choose One click player. Select where you want it saved to then download.. If you don't get a choice of players then you have already chose a player to always play the videos..delete the default player setting.
By the way, its not so much as it is a feature. If your trying to open it then your gonna have a bad time. Its meant to let you download certain programs. Works Great with any mid-grade and up android cell. Ignorance is not an excuse to rate a great app badly.
I use this for downloading direct videos, it appears when an app asks you "open with"
Its good app it is just that many of user is not that using it right. It always show up so I thinks thers no problem in it , it is that picasa always showing up instead the right title that's all
I like it so much cause it show how big your file also it's download your file smooth and easy thanks more power.
It's won't made me easyer to use such as not show on more information and it is so difficult to download when some time or can be by this lonely app...please fix this up to more
Galaxy 6. Worked on my HTC one. Does not work on my new Galaxy 6. No matter what settings I choose to ensure there is no default video player chosen on my device. This app simply will not work for me any more. Shame...was a good app.
Really man if you say it. I have downloaded it but it is not showing .You are too fool to use this app. And really a fast downloader thank you so much
it is not what it says it does. it not appear on my listing for choosing files. i had to UNINSTALLED. 👎
A great app! You must read the description and reviews to understand how to use it and why some people gave it an unfair rating.
For the mental rejects that don't look at the pictures. You tap on the video you want to download. Most of the time you get a screen with 2 options. Android or Downloads. Choose Android if you wanna use this. It'll give you 2 or more options. This or video.
It does download from lots of sites, easy to use. A 50 minute vid was done in 10 minutes, not very fast but hey it worked..what more do you want for free....
It really doesn't work at all I downloaded it and it really didn't show up. Waste my money. Far out this is a dum app if you read this don't download it because it doesn't work
Two clicks, not one, but it works ok. Remove download or cancel menu, drop straight into download and put cancel button in notification area would make this one click.
The same thing is happening to me it's not popping up on my screen.
Quite a useful and very light app. Users need to understand that it will not show on the phone as an app, rather, it will appear when you open a video or long press on the video player screen to see the "save video" option. All in all, no issues whatsoever. I would have paid for this.
I downloaded this app but it won't pop up on my home screen or where I can us it. It asked if I want to finish this with one click and it does but I can never play what I've downloaded. Fix it

This app is good but it still has some flaws. For example, whenever I want to download a file, it doesn't have the option to move it to my SD card. One file will successfully download but, when I go to my file management app on my phone will not show up and not say "file not supported". This app is really useful if you have a smart phone and don't know how to download videos from the web. I reccomend this app to anyone who's having trouble with figuring out how to download videos.
