One Community Mobile Banking

Does not exit properly. Android has a constant notification that the app is running. Have to manually kill the app. Happens when the app is open and the home button is hit. Please fix. Issue seen on OnePlus 6 and Pixel 3a. Still seeing this issue after upgrading to Android 10. Please fix...

Ever since the latest update I can't access the app. It crashes immediately and gives me "unfortunately one com fcu has stopped" as an error message. I've even done a complete reinstall of the several times to try to fix the problem

App doesn't allow me to make interest payments on my cars. If my payment is 300 and I pay 350, the extra 50 goes towards next month's bill instead of paying off interest. The only way to do what I want is to call the bank every month and have them make the interest payments for each of my vehicles.

For the last few weeks I have been unable to even open the app. All I get is it has stopped working and not even able to report an issue because it kicks you out.

I can't access my account and haven't been able to for over a week! I call and was told they aren't having issues and to try to log on through the website. Still can't access it. I'm so frustrated and ready to change banks.

I have banked here for years, no problems with bank, staff, using mobile apps. Been with this credit union over 25 yrs.

Good app. It makes banking easy and convenient.

When app does work takes a long time to load & again thats if the app works.

works as well as you could hope for and more ...for a small credit union app.

Not impressed at this point. When trying to log in, I was asked 25 security questions, some asked 2 or 3 times. Finally gave up. Will have to check with them on Mon.
