The last update screwed the whole app up and I use this app everyday please fix it, I called the help number and got some lady that thought I was biting her head off but all she was doing was asking the same questions after I explained what was happening.
Why do I have to keep rebooting my Device everyday ???? I have a Galaxy S8+ I tap on the app and it just flashes and doesn't load. I reboot my device and it works ?????
mobile app used to work...now wont work at all...telling me to reboot, but notging works. please fix this app!!!!
used this app all the time ,did updates on phone now it wont let me log in or use at all it say out of service and need to reboot , help please . i use this app all the time
I thought that I liked this app until I was unable to make a mobile deposit. Now I rate this a 1 for I live 3200 miles away....what a pain!!!

I can't log into my account
The new look and menu design are difficult to use and provide a much less compact overview than the previous version.

Refuses to let me log in on the app but I can go to the actual website and log in with no problem.
I think the new updates helps. Works great for me.
Now it won't except my login and it locks me 100% of the time I try to use the app. I had to keep stopping by the bank over and over again to reset my account before I realized it was jus the app and the website works fine. It was incredibly inconvenient. I unistalled. Stick to the website.
Used this app on other phones and it worked fine. Now I'm locked out. Will stop at the bank once. If it works, fine. If not it's gone.
fix your app, it hasn't worked in over a week and I use it every day to check my account. I have rebooted my phone. I have uninstalled and redownload the app and still it doesn't work. super disappointed considering it is a bank app
