I would gladly give this app five stars except for a small glitch in the program. About once every 4-6 weeks the program will stop and not reopen. It's easy to fix by deleting the app and then reinstalling (it restores all previous data), but still a problem to be corrected.
Great when it works. Every 4 or 5 days the meter and the app stop talking to each other and I have to remove the One Drop meter from my phone and reconnect it. Today when I tired to reconnect the app just keeps closing right at the pairing part.
Could be awesome... but when you try to add another ingredient to an already added favorite food, it crashes. If a meal had many ingredients, meal time is not editable so if you added it with a bad time, you can start re-adding everything all over again. You can't add your own food and meds, so if you're not American, this will be a pain. And all the foods with the single unit of "cups" (and no g, oz, like everyone had cups of the same size)! It's beginning to frustrate the heck out of me...
It worked great until it just stopped working. I contacted them to inform them of the issue. They replied asking me for more info and I sent the requested info. I haven't heard from them since. I feel like I wasted my money. Also, they keep trying to push you to order premium but I don't feel it's worth the monthly payment.
Updates are neither tested nor stable. App crashes constantly since the last update. Looking for an alternative. And before OneDrop replies with the contact support template. I have and they slow to respond and not helpful.
Like i see other people saying, app was great until the last few days. Now it won't open at all, keeps sending pop-ups saying the app has stopped working. Tried to use the send feedback button and that crashed too.
App started having issues recently. Have to clear data and log back in almost every time I use it.
I have to uninstall and reinstall every two or three days other wise it locks up and won't work.
Was working great, suddenly I started getting a "One Drop keeps stopping" message on my Galaxy S 22+ tried updating the app, re-installing, and updating my OS, nothing helps.
App will not open I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it for the app to work I hope they can fix it
I have a love-hate relationship w/ this app! I hate taking the time to set up med reminders, only to have the app not record them all, or the daily total doesn't match the qty entered. I also frequently have to pair the device to the app again to get the readings to reflect correctly. It defeats the purpose of the entire system if everything has to be edited or manually entered. I love the *idea* of the One Drop system. If the bugs in the app are corrected, it'll be perfect!
Great app to manage your meds and glucose levels. For those of you having trouble, I recommend you delete the app and reinstall it. Then just log back in and all your data is still there. I am an android S8 user for 3 years and have only had issues maybe once each year. I think between our phone updates and this app update sometimes things just don't work together. Give it another shot, it's worth your time and health management. This app is the best out there in my opinion. Take care!
The app opens with ads. Everything shown in the video & pictures must be there some-where, but in the 1st 20 seconds I could find much of anything. Not interested in the majority of what did show up bc when I record my sugar, I need to do it fast & get back to work, not play around with an app. My life is consumed with testing & management, I do not want an app that consumes more of my time. Found it so boring, I don't think I'll buy the testing kit either, bc on my current kit I can get the results & see them immediately without having to add another piece of equipment.
A few weeks ago, the app just stopped working. I constantly get error messages when it tries to open. Can't use at all.
This app will not connect to my glucose meter! I have emailed customer support, there is none. The ONLY reason I got this was for the bluetooth connection. It took forever to get the meter, and now it does not do what it is supposed to do and there is no support. Absolutely terrible! I have uninstalled and downloaded the app numerous times to no avail.
Recently the app stop opening and responding. I had to uninstall and reinstall twice. Please look into this.
A few bugs in the beginning but I am getting used to it pretty fast
I like the app and the features but it seems to stop working at times and doesn't sink with tester always or send notifications
Ok I tried to update my review but can't figure it out. After working with the team on the meter/app issues, all is well. The service team was both extremely helpful, kind and patient with me and I could not be more pleased with the service OR the product now that is working as advertised. User error, tech error Really don't know but I could not have asked for nicer folks to help me get this mess behind me.
