It's a very good timer, I downloaded it in order to start the habit of meditating every day with no excuses. I don't really appreciate the indication to stay with the one minute, I honestly think it's just a way of making the customer stay with the app, the book and the method, in other words, selling the ®️ registered product.
The concept and free is good. Unfortunately the app had a setting to vibrate with sound but no way to turn off the sound that I can see. When in public, shared workspace, etc people don't want to hear the chime.
I always feel like I don't have time for mindfulness activities (though it can't rationally be true) and I run from practicing anything at all because of the inertia. This app finally got me to do _something_ and I now realize that one minute can actually change your state of mind. I don't have to "make time for it" and still feel refreshed. The app is a pleasant experience as well so kudos to the developers.
Great meditation concept. Short and sweet throughout the day beats one 20 minute session in the morning and one at night. You don't wear out as fast and you can always stop and just do a moment when you need it. On the spot mindfulness. Also, read the book.
This is a perfect Meditation app for me. The ⏲️ Timer set for one minute teaches me to focus and to fix the focus point in my mind. Also this computer works great! Thanks a lot guys!
Really great way to learn one moment meditation/mindfulness, and great design =) Reminders cease to work if you don't respond to one or two of them. Tip: being able to set multiple Reminders a day would be helpful!
Such a cute and simple little app for the people that don't have time to Meditate. 1 min meditation has given us so many benefits 😌 such as giving your mind a break from constant thoughts. Once you try the app, you'll want to do more than 1 min. I love the concept of doing this 1 min meditation "liberally anywhere" like the video claims! Thank you for this idea of the One-Moment Meditation app 😇.
Best meditation app ever!. I''ve listened to the warm up and cool down so many times in the last year that I don't even need the app anymore: before/after meditating I always 'hear' his soothing voice in my head. Brilliant, thank you!
Love this app. It's really helped me make meditation a habit and it's amazing the difference one minute can make. I now find that I let so many things go that previously would have upset me. It's very simple and very effective
I'm a therapist and this app is a standard that I use with clients. You can pull it out and use it anytime quickly and consistently. One of those classic timeless ingenious ideas
I love this app, especially the reminders for random times of the day. It's really nice to be reminded to just take a moment to be still.

Awesome experience, I wish it lasted longer. It could use more resources outside of the book. Maybe a FB group or blog.
Interesting concept and easy to use app but according to my OS it drains too much battery. I'm using the latest version of Android Pie.
I suffer from severe anxiety and depression, and mindfulness and meditation really help me focus and be me. This is such a practical way to calm me down whenever I need. Highly recommended!
having given up several times on formal meditation, I find this a very calming and focussing way to start the day that is easy to stick to.
I thoroughly enjoy my meditations. I find myself doing more of them during the day. They give me a feeling of refreshment and relaxation, which I believe helps me smile more.
It is a great app, especially when you have a busy life. I meditate with this app 3-4 times atleast in a day.And it has improved my mood overall.I recommend this app.
I've been doing this almost daily for 4 months. It's my quick self-care time that I can do regardless of what's happening or where I am. It really helps to calm me.
So simple, exactly what you need everyday, for example in the car park just before you ge out of the car.
Perfect to reset on between busy days. I do it everyday after lunch and as short as 1min is, it helps loads

I find this concept - one moment meditation - extremely useful for people who can never find the time or opportunity to meditate. I had read the book a few years ago and was delighted to find the app now, which helps me put the concept in practice. Particularly love the feature "surprise" (the app sends a notification everyday, randomly, to pause and meditate for a moment). well done!
