KEEPS CLOSING BEFORE IT LOADS It was working fine not too long ago, all of a sudden it keeps foreclosing. Like others I've tried reinstalling and even restarting my phone. I need this app to work since its how I keep up with payments and transfers. I need to be able to view all of this at hand. Please fix as soon as possible!!
Stopped working will not load. Has done this before. Considering a bank with stronger mobile banking considering the teller restrictions. Update the app now works but requires a password entry everytime. No biometric option like there was before. Keep getting locked out and help to unlock is not 24 hours. So I just sit and wait.
Update: The app keeps closing out before I can log in. I can't check my account status like this on my phone which is very concerning for a banking app. The app overall is fine but you really need to add some features to it. Like the ability to dispute charges when your card or card information is stolen. Rather than just disabling the card which can then put your legitimate purchases/bills in jeopardy.
The app had worked good for me for a long time. Suddenly i can get it to stay open long enough to log in. I restarted my phone several times to see if that would work as well as uninstall and restall. None of it worked. I'll change my rating when i have a solution or it starts working again
It works most of the time. The mobile banking experience is simple and easy to navigate. The app is slow though and having two screens to get through before seeing your account is lame. Currently using pixel 3a. After updating to latest version turning on quick access simply doesn't work... You create a quick access pin and it just loads indeffinately. It's simply not a 4 or 5 star app...
Tania" was a great help to me' for opening my acount; she explained everything i needed to know" about my new acount) i like the app i liked the quick acces options" i feel the app" is capable of taking care of my banking needs,
Hate the new update! Everything was great up until they updated to this new version. I'm all about technology, but this update is the worst.
I've been using this app for literally YEARS and now all of a sudden within the past few days it won't even open anymore...tried everything uninstalled, reinstalled, even erased apps I do t use anymore thinking it needed more space and nothing works. Super annoyed!! Well I thought it was just me but apparently not so I guess I feel better about that. One Nevada what's up!!!
Worked fine for years, now it crashes on startup constantly. Effectively useless. Considering closing accounts as this app is the main way I access them. Score and review will change if it is fixed
Finally!!! The patch is working! We can now resume using an awesome and very effective moble app. Shame on android for neglecting to notify banks before their damaging update!
Mine works well. If you have any problems make sure check for updates usually fix the problem 95% of the time.

App will not open anymore. It always closes and disappears when I try to open the app and log in, had to log in to my account on Google to see my account contents this week. It worked fine up until now, but it still won't open after restarting the phone, and redownloading the app several times.
Have been using the app to deposit (which is the only way u can deposit short of going to an ATM), on my Motorola one android without any issues until today...have uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off phone, etc. It circles a few times, goes white screen and goes back to the app pic like I pressed nothing! This is unacceptable. Please fix this!!
As others have recently noted, while the app worked fine for me for a long time, recently I have been unable to open the app without it immediately crashing/closing. Can't even get to the credentials/login page.
App has been fine for several years, then for over a week now it acts like its opening then crashes. I have cleaned my phone, uninstalled reinstalled several times, the problem is not my phone but the app.
The app is up and running better than ever. Kudos for the personal attention I was given. This is just one of the reasons I've been a customer for many, many years. Thanks again, and keep up the good work!
System is very bad prompt calls broken system online banking with mobile app is not working either!!! No full service banking is horrible
Unreliable. Stopped working months ago, they say there is a fix but it won't reinstall. Just use the web page. I hope you don't actually need remote depositing though, you'll be out of luck.
I am very unhappy with this app. I have used this app for several months and the last 2 days, every single time that I try and open the app, it just closes out automatically, I have tried everything to see if it was me doing something wrong, and I have gotten nowhere. Very unhappy.
Application on my android was working great until this morning. Application tries to open the just disappears from the screen, have cleared cache and data from Application, still no change, uninstall and reinstalled, still no change, desktop works fine, if I go directly to 1n website via my mobile phone I'm able to access account. Seems there maybe a problem with the mobile app
The App. Has been perfect up untill a week ago now it swirls on the screen and goes back to home screen like I havent pressed anything!! I cant access NOTHING!!! and to call the 1 800 number takes forever! Please fix this,please & thank you!
App won't load closes automatically after 1 second only see title screen for that second, its been fix as of today
I have been using this app for a few years untill few days ago. The app stopped functioning properly, I'd contact with customer service but nothing was resolved! Now I can't even open the app. Just keeps buffering on and on !??

I have had this app for sometime now and I have never had a problem. I now am having the worst time getting on my app to see my balance. It just keeps me waiting and the a message pops up saying error. Not real happy with it right now
All was GREAT til their latest update. NOW the app won't open at all after I put in user name and pass word. Have tried twice and am NOT going to try again. Sad to say but after 6 years , I WILL be closing my account once I get home.
Yeah same here. I had this app for more then 10 years and it worked just fine. But now, ever since the update, the page looks very suspect and the number set on the lower left when loading have changed. Recently now there have been a rise of scammers, I am very hesitant on logining in through this app. Also the people that have this problem, when One Nevada reply to this issue, the message is always the same. "Go to Google Play and download the new update for this app." Very suspicious.
