Ride was good and hassle free.Driver was available for pickup at exact time mentioned. But, customer support needs improvement. Needs to be transparent and clear about the exact ride fare. When I called them for enquiring about the fare, I was not told about the extra pick up charges. Either it should be included in the fare charges mentioned on website while booking or the customer service execute should clearly specify it on call.

this is a very user friendly app for online booking of one side taxi. this app is very fast and takes hardly any time to complete the booking.

I booked taxi with given options and tried to catch on given number but no body picked up and cal back. After 1 hr I got message for booking canceled Seems not stable platform not recommended to make any advance payment as it may be risky

Highly disappointed with the service. Booked car for Ahmedabad-Udaipur for my parents and paid advane 1000 Rs. No message or call for car details. Pick up time 11:30 am. Called up and was informed that there is vehicle break down, however on further grilling they admitted that it was their mistake as no car was booked. Was ensured that car will reach in half hour. However it came 2 hour late at 1:15 pm. After some time Driver stopped car near highway and demanded Rs 3500. Ridiculous service

This is fraud company operated by Mohit mehta, from chakala, Andheri, Mumbai. This company is not owned fleets to provide service to the customer, they aranginng vehicles from Telegram group with cheaper rate and play with customer safety as the company don't know about vehicle condition, fitness, rto approval or drivers behavior. They just fullfill the demand of customer by arranging old vehicle. Don't book this cab for your better security.

A good to have app for One way taxi. Well maintenaned cars and service. The driver's are very polite and courteous. My family is using their services from past 2 years and they have always stood up to their mark. We have used for many routes. Our prime route is Mumbai to Pune.

Very useful services. We use them regularly 3-4 times a year. Even during diwali from AHMEDABAD to Udaipur they provide us a vehicle when no other service was providing. The cost is very reasonable. Will keep using them. Thank you so much ost for this wonderful one way service.

The customer support is really supportive even at 2 am in the night. My parents were traveling alone and coming from USA. They landed at Ahmedabad airport and the taxi guy was available on exact time as required. Though his number was unreachable for sometime,but when we called customer care they were there to help my parents. We booked a sedan for Ahmedabad to udaipur and the car was clean and drivr took them home safely. Thank you one side taxi and Mr Rahul for your wonderful service.

Amazing services provided everytime we used them. Rates are reasonable and their service is commendable. We use them frequently on Udaipur-Ahmedabad route.

Service is good and value for money so far. Used on AMD-UDR route few times. Only improvement area is booking confirmation is not sent well in advance so you have to call them and ask. The app just takes booking rest all you will have to followup over phone or Whatsapp. On one instance driver was not very professional.
