One Star Rewards

The app has a glitch. Right now there is a quick tip that pops up saying you can check your account balance, but it will not close so you can't check you account balance. This quick tip pops up everytime, even though it isn't needed after you see it once or needed at all as we know how to use phone apps. App is useless right now for viewing account.

After the initial login the app refuses to allow me to access my account. When trying to login it says that my password is incorrect, but when trying to reset my password my email and player ID don't match so the app won't send a reset email. Trying to recreate my mobile account just results in an error "can't accept user input". Overall a very frustrating experience.

I have installed and removed this app a few times. When I first downloaded this app it did all it said it would. After a while it would not allow me to sign in. I asked the rewards counter to help me figure out why I couldn't sign in and they weren't able to help me. I removed the app and later downloaded it again. Still couldn't sign in. Just tried it again. It tells me my rewards card number and email address don't match! I receive emails from the Hard Rock almost daily and my rewards card works fine in the games... So all I know is there should be a 0 star option because THIS APP SUCKS and a COMPLETE waste of my time!!!! I don't give reviews very often unless I am really pleased or highly disappointed. I obviously would DEFINETELY NOT RECCOMMEND this POS app!!!

This app is terrible! Don't even waste your time on trying to download and signing up. Signed up then tried linking accts with the one star card number even verified my email. Then tried logging in said my log in was invalid then tried to reset my password even though I knew it was right. then it says it didn't match anything in the data base. Deleted app everything on it, you can view on the website. Only difference is you can book a room.

App worked for a short time. Will not allow password change even with all correct information. Pretty much sucks at the moment. Recognizes email but cannot login, says password is wrong. Again cannot change password. Someone on the developers end need to fix the bugs that are inherent.

This is a horrible app...my experience is the same as everybody else's that cant log in...cant reset password because it tells me invalid email or player ID - its not! Cant create acct because it says email already in use - because I'M USING IT!! Terribly frustrating. Had one employee at players club try to fix but is referring me to IT dept...been to players club several times with only one person willing to help me...at least he tried.

It took me over a month to get my acct fixed after first creating another acct instead of linking my card...totally my fault for not paying attn. IT fixed it yesterday. I was able to login once tonight after linking the card correctly. The next time I tried, it tells me my login/email is invalid...no it's not! I wrote it on my hand so I'd remember the pswd and now it won't let me in. I dont think I hit the logout bottom, so would that make the app think that I'm not me? maybe!

I am never able to log on to this. If I try to change my password, it gives me an error. Very frustrating app!

Unable to login. Tried to reset password but will not accept anything I put in just keeps telling me what password needs to be... I know it needs to be min 8 with upper,lower,numbers and characters. Frustrating

app doesn't work after I log into account, doesn't show rewards or points, deleting app, cant log in, it keeps saying wrong player and pin number, and it's not wrong, no stars, deleted app

In the past I had some problems with it which quickly was resolved by itself.I don't 'ever' log out.Sometimes may hv to uninstall and reinstall to work out the bugs.Its workg just fine 4 now.

no point in downloading this app. It does not work and has never worked. I have even sent a emailed to get the issue fixed. I never got s responce back

If i could give it zero i would. You cant log in no matter how many times you enter your info. Already abrewards memeber and it states that either card number, date od birth or pin is incorrect. Many people seem to have this issue. Dont waste your time till they fix the bugs.😡

After the update, you can't see your point balance due to the popup and it won't close. Need to fix ASAP!

For some reason i cant pull up my account on this app. It keeps telling me that my email information is wrong even though I have confirmed it AT the casino. It VERY inconvenient!! FIX IT!!!!!!!

Worthless! Can't log in, and if you hit the help button, it tells you to go to the players club.

This app never sent a confirmation email. No way to login. The admins couldn't fix it.

Set up account, created a password, linked account, etc and still can't get logged in. Ridiculous!

Since update i can no longer log in. I keep getting invalid email. But i continue getting emails from you.

This is by far the worst app I have on my phone. I have to reset my password everytime I need on this thing

Went to casino to make sure my email was correct and still can not log in. Keeps saying my email or player id is not correct, which i know they both are.

best thing, I can keep track of my points, get the valet parking service.

this app is just getting started so far so good 😇 But I would like to take the time to say The whole Team from the cleaning crew to the Top all the Roland Casino Employees are amazing The hotel and the maids all have treated me so good And Security make you feell safe inside or outside of casino there is not enough words to express my gratitude to all the employees at the Roland Csaino thank you all so so much from the bottom of my heart for all that you do and thanks again
