One Talk

This app does not perform well in my experience. App calling has poor quality, with delay or altogether missing audio. Call-through reliably drops incoming calls as soon as they are accepted. The app has basically turned my work phone into a pager, because I see a call come in but can't answer it. I just have to call them back. Texting does work adequately.

Terrible product. My company switched from individual work cell phones to One Talk app on our personal phones. The call quality is terrible, calls are constantly dropped or you can't hear the other person. I have had customers tell me it sounds like I am taking under water or my voice is echoing. I seem to get text messages instantaneously but sometimes my voice messages are delayed as long as an hour. I would not recommend this app for business.

From day one I started receiving spam calls and texts and they keep coming. Not once have I given the number out in four months. Voicemail playback doesn't always work. Calls will drop if you're using the app and you have an incoming call via cell carrier. Took Verizon almost two months to properly set up our account and work out all the bugs. They still charged us for the unusable service though. Don't forget the added fees.

Terrible. The app won't vibrate for incoming calls, and when I get a call on my regular number coming in while I'm on a call in the app, it automatically puts the app call on hold. There is no way to fix this in the settings. Voicemails sometimes won't be deletable for months at a time. The screen won't go dark when I hold the phone to my hear so my face bumps the buttons sometimes. Would not recommend, and I wouldn't be using it if it weren't required through my employer.

This app worked really well, until it didn't! First, I wasn't getting my client's messages. Uninstalled and then re-installed the app-- worked for about 5 minutes, and now the messages I've sent out will not deliver! This is an essential feature of this phone system for my business so needless to say, I'm not real impressed. When can we expect a fix??

I've had too many calls dropped, or texts not received to be able to recommend this to anyone. My android phone seemed to work much better than my coworkers iPhone. If you are looking at this for a business it is not reliable enough, look for alternatives or have a back up plan for when issues inevitably arise.

I truely dislike this app for business. I have had this for several years now. And although some improvements have been made such as call through. Which was great. I always find myself having to work around something or another. Making myself bend to the app. Most recently I was relatively happy with it after the call through function update. But then I bought a new phone and when I downloaded the app I realized that over 25+ text message where never delivered. One of which cost me $2500. Fail.

Just discovered that i have not been able to receive incoming texts for several days. I have always had a problem with not being able to delete voicemails and severe delays in voicemails showing up. Great concept to have two lines one one phone, but cannot rely on this service!!!

Doesnt work consistently for me. I've given it a year and a half and ready to just get 2 phones. Too many bugs and issues. Now for weeks I don't receive any incoming text messages and sometimes incoming phone calls. Verizon working on the issue for days now without any results.

Used to be a great app when we first got it a few years back but it's gotten worse and worse especially with the text messages. Now we can't receive text messages and it's hit or miss if ours send. Very disappointing when you're trying to run a business.

My review keeps getting removed. This app is horrible. Calls not received, texts not received, who knows how many thousands of dollars my business lost by customers not being able to reach me and looking unprofessional with the few I did manage to get in occasional contact with. Verizon offers little help, just uninstall/reinstall the app when I have trouble. Problem is it may be days or longer until I realize calls and texts are not consistently coming to me. Stay away from this horrible app

I can't get messages on my phone, only on my pc, and I keep getting spam calls. I get about four spam calls a day, sometimes at 4 in the morning. I've been getting them since I got the number. Also I can't use a headset on my pc to make calls because no one can understand me. I've tried three different headsets and they all work fine on discord, but people say I keep breaking up on one talk. Finally you can't block numbers. You have to call customer support and have them block numbers for you.

Used as a single incoming business number to ring on two separate cell phones. A seriously significant number of calls are not there when either of us answers. Ghost, empty, or dropped... I don't know if the call takes too long for the call to ring to us that we don't have time to answer, or if stone other messed up thing is causing it. Not happy.

Worked great until I stopped getting text messages. Can't contact business rep, won't send verification to restart app. No way to reset messaging in app... No rep calls back from emails sent. Not expected from Verizon business reps. 🙁

It was great at first, then the problems started and mind you I've re-installed several times. It won't send pictures from my phone anymore, and frequently I won't receive texts on group chats while other people in the same room do

In the last 2 weeks I have had multiple text messages not be received, the suction is to Uninstal and reinstall the app, which is time consuming and I've had to do this 3 times in the past few weeks.... time for a new carrier.

I'm dropping phone calls, I'm dropping text messages I'm not receiving certain text messages I'm not even hearing my phone ring sometimes . This app performs horribly and my business is suffering because of it.

Messaging through this app never works properly. First we couldn't receive incoming texts at all. Now we can receive texts but no pictures and can't send group texts.

Call through this app feel like 1960's long distance, with the lag time, randomly puts call on speaker, puts calls on hold when your other line is ringing, and has weird echos sometimes. Not a fan 😕

Still the worst app ever. Verizon should be ashamed. I regret having this. I was already a verizon customer when I opened my business and wanted a business line without an additional phone to carry or landline and thought this was a great service. more trouble than its worth.

App stopped working completely after the call dates messed up.... I tried uninstall and reinstall but now it's saying this is running natively on my device and can't be activated.....

Very convenient app to use for my business especially when I have to make trips overseas and I don't miss a beat. I recommend it very much

I've had this app for a few years now and am tired of always dealing with issues. Going to have to get 2 phones now. One for business and one for personal so I can cancel this stupidness!

It's terrible and rarely works. Messaging can be delayed by days and even weeks as can voicemail. Do not use this app for anything important.

This business app is horrible. If you're considering this for your business....don't lol. The only reason I still use it is because I just don't have the time to deal with the hassle of canceling and getting a whole new business phone number 🥴

Glitches, freezes, drops calls, UI when on a call disappears so you cannot hang up. Customer service apologizes, nothing gets fixed.

Good App for someone who requires a business line connected to the cellphone. Keeps personal and business call separate with a different phone number. Minimal issues.
