This app shows up on my phone unexpectedly and without my consent. It is completely absurd and absolutely ridiculous that Verizon does not even respond to all the negative reviews that they have about this app. You would think that after all the complaints about pre-installed apps, Verizon would stop putting these apps on people's phones. What I don't understand is how this app shows up on my phone and I am not even a Verizon customer.

I didn't select to install it. Can't delete it. Last updated in 2016!!! I'm not a One Talk user!!! Notes say: "This should only be installed by One Talk users. Existing One Talk Customers: This app version should only be downloaded by existing One Talk users only. It preserves your One Talk messages, contacts, and call log history before you migrate to the new One Talk app."

This app is NOT good-- creates corporate to consumer noncompliance by forcing End User to sign TOS that they don't require end user to read. As a result, the provided credentials and certificates are volatile, as it is possible to use said Verizon certificates to spoof elevated access (even if accidental by combining with LAN data; it creates a major problem in digital infrastructure). MAJOR CORPORATE SECURITY FLAW // END USER HAS COMMERCIAL GRADE ACCESS/CERTIFICATES WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT

Did not authorize the app to be installed on my phone. It appears everyone on this phone is not at all happy for this app being installed without any permissions. I am going to report you to the FCC. Get this trash off of my phone NOW!!

Why is it not possible to delete/remove this from my phone? 🤔 I never downloaded this. 🧐 I have absolutely no use for whatever this is! 🤯 It is unnecessarily taking up valuable storage space on my phone! 😠🙄😠 I wish I could get rid of it! 🤬😤🤬 Also, wish it was possible to rate this 💩 0💩 stars because that's the actual true rating!☠ PERIOD! ✌🏼

Curious why this is on my phone, without me downloading it. Even more curious why its still a thing with so many scathing reviews, with no responses from the source explaining why. Difficult to think that so many individuals have issues with privacy violation and not even the consideration of a lamen terms legal jargen break down boiling down to the shotty excuse to why this mando app appeared. One can only speculate wich is most scary when it comes from my head. Can't delete= not good

What the "Heck" is one talk? First of all I never installed it on my phone it installed itself. I don't know what it does or doesn't do. Verizon took it upon themselves to install the app. Not good and also not appreciated!

Just a bunch of bloatware. Made sure to uninstall this after rooting my phone. Disliked that it runs in the background when it's not even in use.

I hate you, Verizon! You are sneaky and slimy !!! I did not sign up for this. I never asked for it!!!!! Your company is pathetic. Charges for EVERYTHING. Even to get help with paying a bill - its $7.00 Added to next months bill. Watch out for this and EVERYTHING. MY actual bill is NOT what I signed up for monetarily or sevice... my monthly service plan was how much? But you are charging ME HOW MUCH????????

unexpected, unwanted, unused, finding a way to root my phone just to remove bloatware. next time I'm buying an unlocked phone so i can use my device to it's full potential

Has anyone figured out how to get rid of this? Always running on my phone, cant delete it, and it says for "previous one talk customers only"- not to my knowledge. Honestly is it necessary and if not, can I disable it somehow? ,

Why is this useless app on my phone.? I won't give it a rating because I never installed it. This is why I'm getting unwanted text messages from people I don't even know, not to mention text messages from businesses.

I dont ask for this to take up space on my phone. Apps like this makes people have to buy new phones. I dont feel like this should be automatically put on peoples phones.

Forced to have on my personal NON BUSINESS cell phone. There is no way to uninstall or delete. Ill never use this and now it just takes up space.

Unwanted!!! This app is unwanted on my device and for me to just find out that it was downloaded by an unknown source is completely against my consent and i want it off!!!

I'm seriously sick and tired of Google forcing apps that we will never ever use. I've more bloatware on my phone than apps that I want. Please stop forcing these apps on us.

This app is not able to be removed even though I don't subscribe to Verizon office or home phones.

I did not install this on my phone. HUGE battery draining app. Take it off my phone Verizon. Give user a way to uninstall. I think a class action lawsuit to force Verizon to comply with all privacy laws is in order.

I don't use one talk, I want this app off my phone, why are you cramming things on people's phones that take up space and we have no use for and didn't load ourselves
