One Way Cab

You feel "cheated" when your ride is booked n confirmed thru offline mode for a certain amount but you receive a call just 2 hours before start of the journey that there is a hike in the fare for the trip and unless you agree for the hike, the trip is cancelled. I had no option but to part Rs 1500 more than the earlier agreed amount. Otherwise the travel experience and vehicle was very good.

It's a fraud company/ app....don't pay anything before your journey completed.....they are not assigned the driver on time and on journey time they easily said the driver not assigned it will take 2/3 hours more but no confirm communication....so advice you to don't book or pay anything from this app or from this company. They definately cancel your plan.

Terrible experience. They deny receiving money remitted to them online.Refunds take a long time.Cars are not clean ( there were ants in one ).If car breaks down they don't know unless informed.Driver is reluctant to do so because he loses business. On request of One way Cabs I gave them the Trip details. They just replied that the ticket is resolved. The refund was delayed and so obviously the matter is closed But shouldn't they be looking at reasons??? They just don't want to improve.

Not a reliable service! We had prebooked our cab and also paid the booking amount. But no cab showed up on the scheduled time. We tried contacting on the helpline, which was switched off. When we finally got connected the answer was Sorry we are overbooked. We had an urgent meeting to attend, but couldn't make it due to the delay. Can't trust this service is you are running on a schedule !

I was very impressed by their service. Best part is that there is no kilometer capping which is awesome. Their pricing is **cheapest, transparent and which is inclusive of toll tax etc. My first interaction with the customer care team is very positive. I travel frequently in cabs and i would place onewaycab among the top 2. Only thing is that it appears they have limited number of routes to choose from. However its a 5 star from me. Sector travelled: puri to bhubaneswar on 14th march 22.

It is worst service cab provider app... Do not trust them.. They not send any cab on time afterwards they didn't pick up the call... Keep customer waiting... This is fraud app... Don't trust them.. Now we will lock the complaint against this app... Bad bad customer service...

I had worst experience with One Cab. I didnt receive cab details and had to call the customer care to get the cab and driver details. The story doesnt end here, the cab details showed in the app is not same as the cab that came to pick us after 30min of actual schedule time, so a big security issue as the guy doesnt need start or stop OTP. It took 8 hourd for us to reach Shirdi from Pune and most of our valuable time was wasted standing in two gas stations filling CNG. The driver was horrible as

Best experience at an affordable price. Came to know about this app recently and now frequently using for travel intercity. Always On time, no cancellation faced till now. Customer support is 24x7, you can even call and get your query resolved even at midnight regarding booking or cab which I have done and I'm fully satisfied. I have faced cancellation issues in OLA even booked in advanced. But in one way cab not had such bad experience till date. I would recommend this app over OLA & Uber.

Superb Experience. At first, I was Skeptical reading the reviews but booked a cab today. It took some time for them to arrange for a cab but at last it was perfect. The Car was Neat and Clean and in Good Condition. I had my Parents in Law travelling. Driver had a very helpful nature and the ride was very smooth. I would definitely recommend the Service. Have been using one way cabs many times. Their services are great & reasonable. The driver was very courteous when I travelled from Ahmedabad.

Easy to get intercity cabs. Rates are good and less then other providers. Best thing is that it is very rare that cab is cancelled or changed at the last moment. Using it for a long time now.

Very bad Service. Charging extra for parking at a time of pickup without showing any information regarding this at a time of booking.

They are a scam. Made a booking through them from airport. Waited for more than 30 minutes, but no driver assigned. Kept on calling their call centre, the only response was please give us time. Not willing to cancel. After 40 minutes I just gave up,took another cab, and lost my money paid to them. Please don't fall for their scam. They will take the advance and then vanish.

I had posted a review few days back regarding refund of my Cancelled Booking No.50957722. After posting that review the Company worked swiftly to Refund the amount after 2 months of cancellation. I received the amount but only after complaining on Public Domain. I would had been more happier if they had done this before posting on Public Domain. Anyways the service is very good. The cabs are always on time & the drivers are always very polite.

Its a very good app for taxi services, much better than Ola and Uber outstation. There are some glitches in the app that sometimes it takes time to show your booked cab. Thats why 4 stars... Rest all good.

Worst experience ever. I booked and the driver was going to be late by an hour. I asked the driver to cancel. He said he will not. I called the customer care. They did not cancel and keep calling me. They said show us your bus ticket to get the cancellation. What the hell? How do you care if I took a bus or flight? They didn't even refund my amount. They just keep calling and annoying.

One weird policy.. they will deduct cancellation panelty even if you cancel 24hrs prior..its still showing driver yet to be assigned but still, they will charge you.. I don't understand what efforts they have done without a cab been assigned. Anyways bad experience

Worst cab service provider.....they are very unprofessional...keep customer waiting... because of them my journey was cancelled as they unable to provide us driver ...plz don't trust this cab service provider...they take advance booking amount and cancelled the ride in last minute...

Cheap but not dependable. Today I booked cab for 1630. Twenty minutes before the scheduled time, the assigned driver phoned that he will get late. He suggested that if we don't accept that, we should cancel the ride and rebook. As the ride was partially prepaid, we would have had to bear cancellation charges. So I contacted the customer service who promised to assign another driver which they did just five minutes before scheduled time, and the driver reached 20 minutes late. Poor service.

Reliable service- something that is very important in this business. Also, they keep a tab on your progress. They call once you start your ride and after you finish it. So even if you are sending your loved one, you are not worried. Customer service reps are also well trained and helpful

First time I tried out station cab booking from this app. Cost efficient compare to Ola. On time cab availability, professional driver, clean cab, good app UI and great customer care. Happy with my first experience :-)
