I can't believe that who ever updated this app made it to be super hard to deal with. I stopped donating platelets because I can't schedule an appointment using this app. It's really complicated and whoever did the last update is mentally sick .. Also, changing the name of the app is a stupid idea .. one blood will respond now and ask me to call to schedule an appointment. I don't wanna call .. I like do it by myself ..
RENAME IT!! I spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out why an installed app would not display but thanks to another reviewer I discovered that they RENAMED IT! It's Mobile Donor App now so it's under M instead of O where it's always been. It's OneBlood. The icon says OneBlood. The app store says OneBlood. What a ridiculous thing to change in the new version. Change the actual app name back to OneBlood on the devices. And smack the developer for wasting our time.
It would be great if you could add our recorded weight from each visit to the Wellness Center section so I can track it over time along with everything else. Agree with another reviewer it would be good to see "normal" cholesterol range to compare against. Also, I hate how blood pressure is split into two sections!
Apps are like One Blood's are supposed to make scheduling more convenient and accessible. That's not the case here. The app would be usable if: 1) If one's prior Unit number was not required information to register/sign up. 2) One could just TYPE in their Date of Birth! Less is more.
I like the basic concept but after downloading the app, my phone started freezing and randomly reset itself although I have plenty of space. Had to uninstall after several times of my phone restarting in the middle of work calls.
They just changed the app to 2.0 and now I can't log in. They need to fix this.
Rename is needed. If you can't find it, look under "M" for Mobile. It makes no commonsense at all. Plus waiting four months to donate is crazy.
Was able to find a nearby location and select a date/time, but nothing happens when I click on the Schedule button, thus defeating one of the key benefits of utilizing the app.
relatively easy to use. this is helpful in terms of keeping all the records of previous donations including lab values. my only complaint about this app is that I wish it showed the normal lab ranges for cholesterol, blood pressure, and etc.
I highly recommend this app I have been a Blood Donor for 27 Years I am a Lifetime Donor this Year My Experience with One Blood has been Phenomenal and this app will let You see everything that You need to see it's Very Understandable it's Very secure and overall is excellent job well done One Blood Sincerely Yours Charles Leon Smith Esquire
Good app to see when you can donate again. you can also track cholesterol, bp, heart rate and temperature from different appointments. I would suggest you also add iron level to that so we can track it.
I tried to donate whole blood at Venice Fl. center. When the needle was injected there was a slow flow. I could not complete the donation due to air contamination. I have been a donor since 1975 and this is the second time this has happened. The app indicates I made a donation which is false. All the vital info is correct however now the number of donations at this location is incorrect. Please include in your app a way to show such discrepancies.
Worthless! Impossible to enter your data. If fails to link your donation number. Does not come close to delivering the health info it says it would. Useless until a major fix is found. Do Not Waste Your Time!
Great way to see donation history, appointments scheduled, etc. Needs a CONTACT US feature (if it has one, I have not been able to find it--needs to be easier to find IF it's there)
It's a basic app. I like I make donations and track my last health screen. Only con is the pop calendars and having to scroll back to get to right one. Wish it tracked our donations and sent lush notifications like Red Cross app.
Had issues with app but employees were very helpful in returning my calls and working on the process of getting me the correct answer and information.
I DO NOT like the name of this App after it is installed. Even though they constantly call this the "OneBlood Donor App", after the user installs it, the user cannot find this App alphabetically under "O" for OneBlood because they named the App "Mobile Donor App" Why the hell did they do that??? Everywhere else they call it the OneBlood App. It took me forever to finally find it under the "M" section of my Apps. This App needs to be renamed the "OneBlood Donor App"
love the app, one thing i would like to see is the date on when i could donate again. i didn't see that anywhere in the app
Not bad. But is not accurate in how many times I've donated. Needs to allow us to the fix address.
I've been donating platelets for years. For some reason there is no longer an option on the app to donate platelets. Therefore I've stopped donating because more often than not no one answers at the facilities. WHY DID ONEBLOOD DO THIS?!?
Why wouldn't I be able to see my appointments, nor be able to communicate with anyone through the app?
Wt absolute f That birthday set up is ridiculous Would not acknowledge that I had entered a password Impossible, literally, set up
I just downloaded this, it may be my connection but this just takes too long. I will have to call or go online to make appointments. sorry
The app won't let me book an appointment, although it was no problem to do so on OneBlood's web site.
easy to use. Good info on my health history
This is Awesome To See Your Past Donates And See Your Health From Last Donate, you can make appointment Easy
Does not actually allow me to make an appointment for theraputic phlebotomy. Why have the AP if it can't function to permit appointments to be made?
Can't enter birthday, can't enter address or ph #
great way to donate great way to participate in great place to make things happen OneBlood 1 bus in your neighborhood
The app makes it easy to schedule an appointment and see the results of the mini physical. 12/31/21 The only thing I miss with the new app is that it doesn't show my gallon level on the home screen.
