Great app and awesome services/concept. I only wish they would send a reminder to check in right before the class, instead of sending a notification that I forgot to checkin 2 hours later.

Bye bye OneFit 👋🏼 10 check-ins for €65, you're ridiculous. I had a membership only 8 months ago, which I canceled for a long trip, which had 16 check-ins. It's funny how you're trying to rob your clients, but lose them instead. I'll try Class Pass for a change, and hope another company will execute the great idea you had with a more honest vision. See ya.

App works great and OneFit offers a great variety of places to workout and relax. Everyone aloud try it out!

There is a huge selection of classes to choose from, more than enough to accommodate anyone's exercise preferences. I find that trying out new lessons and finding the ones you like best to be very motivating, much more fun and customized than any simple gym membership! Fair price and so far no problems with using the app.

Was a great app... until new business policy. I was very much enjoying the slick simple app , with a good selection of gyms and a variety of workouts I was recommending this weekly to friends. But new workout policy limits the number of workouts and ruined my experience of the application. It's unfair to cut the number of workouts to 16 and not even offer unlimited any more. I hope they revert this policy.

I was extremely happy with OneFit because of its flexibility and because it is cheaper than going to different gyms. Since today, that flexibility has largely been taken away (no 10-day subscription but 30 days now) and it has also become 40% more expensive to get a similar membership (€65 for 16 classes vs €109 for 18). Before, I recommended all my friends to take OneFit. After today, I do not recommend people taking it. It isn't worth it unless you keep your old membership.

I love this app because it's got me out of my comfort zone and around the city exploring different areas and different types of classes. There is so much choice and all the classes I attend have quality instructors. Customer service for onefit have been helpful everytime I've needed help. Love it!

Wonderful idea, but almost every time I open the app I have to start from scratch - new photo, gender, age, mobile number. And sometimes it freezes on the photo upload, meaning I can't access my schedule at all. I just missed a booked class due to this, and from what I understand will be charged 10€ for that. Not happy.

Terrible customer service! I thought i had signed up for a month trial but was automatically charged again. The moment i saw this i contacted them but they refuse to refund me even though the period for which I have been charged has not started yet! Really unaccommodating. Now my account is blocked for the current valid month! They could easily refund me, but choose not to, it says a lot! Apparently had i told them 2 days earlier there would be no problem! They dont care about helping customers!

Good app with lots of Classes, so many options to choose from. Just be careful to always check in, i thought I Checked in, but the service inside the gym wasn't good and it didn't work and i got a one time 'warning' before next time getting charged a €10 fee

AVOID this company like the plague. Just another customer of many (see below) who was completely scammed and screwed over by their reactivation in 2020. I had deactivated my subscription 2 years ago and found out now that I have been instead charged monthly since September 2020, for absolutely no service. This was a mistake to not notice earlier, but the transaction from their end simply lists "ADYEN", without listing "OneFit" in the title, so it is easy to miss. This is another dishonest tactic since every other Adyen client lists the company name in the title, like "Rijksmuseum by Adyen" or "Etos via Adyen". They gladly took my 700+ euros while providing absolutely zero service to me, only to tell me at the end "it's your fault", instead of take ANY blame for the completely insignificant notice they gave for reactivation - literally two emails reminding it was unfrozen without my agreement in two years, and not a single notification after mid August 2020. Sorry that the pandemic was hard on your company, but it's disgusting that you decided to try to stay afloat this way. I wonder how many hundreds of thousands you received over the past two years to people while providing them absolutely nothing. With your abysmal ratings everywhere I don't expect this to work out for you in the end.

Great concept, for a fixed price per month you can try out all sorts of sports. I can reserve almost all the studios/gyms/pools in my neighbourhood. App needs a bit more work, but they're constantly updating it. So far love the concept!

The app usually works well for me. The only big issues I had from time to time were with the check-in screen freezing. But a quick call to customer support does the trick! So far, pretty happy with OneFit and the app!

Former promoter & user, used to love it but stopped the service as they came with the idea of charging you the same money for way less. 65eur for 10 times only (used to be 16 times, before 1st adjustment it was unlimited (or felt like it) for the same 65eur). I understand it's a whole strategy to offer more at the beggining but if they would have adjusted the price a bit too I'm sure a lot of people would have understood and still kept the service. Customer Service quality went down as well.

Going good but still some polishing to be done. The app sometimes is not com0letely synched with the actual schedule, maybe dtatbase consistency problems are occuring. Further on login often asks the same creditentials which have already been provided plus had to make like 10 photos ....

Until now I'm really enjoying the experience of being able to tryout so many different sports or exercises at various places. However, I think there is a big lack of options for dance classes or even just a workout in a gym

Nice and user friendly app, big variety of classes, but latest update that increases prices and reduces (again!) the available bookings is a bit too much! 65 euros so I can exercise 10 times per month is rediculously expensive!! Would use the app again if it had cheaper options..

The app is great. The only problem is sometimes when you are inside a gym the check in in you app does not work and they charge you 10 euros as though you had not gone and it ends up veing more expensive that it should. The rest works perfect!
