Unable to reset password using valid information. Zero customer support from app team. Repeatedly asked for help thru app no response at all. Worst customer support.
This application has stopped working from today morning. Can't login into it and can't reset password as both functionalities are not working.
unable to login. entered id and password, them shows the landing screen for a split second and them shows the login screen again

Kindly provide an option to add multiple profiles to single app. As for all our family members only 1 app.
Working very slow, even take one minutes to open n doesn't work properly Has not got any update also from the date of installation. Please fix the bugs n give an update
