Would give zero if u could. Transactions are slowest in new millennium. Good prices on purchases but takes 60 days to be able to purchase. I assume to make better price sales or earn interest while you sit. Then make you wait double normal banking times when trying to withdrawal your money, again for same reason I assume. Thousands of places to buy and invest in silver and gold. This app, although reputable, is a waste of time at best

I liked the idea of buying in small increments and saving up for a purchase. There is a $20 a year storage fee. There is also a premium so the amount it shows in your account is not what it will sell for. I wanted to redeem, but it won't let you use all types AU, AG, PT etc at the same time. Forcing you to sell minus the premium and then buy if you're try to take a larger physical position. I like the idea behind it, but not as user friendly as I originally thought.

They like to throw the word free around but charge you a min. of $20 a year, which is not mentioned in the app description. I didnt see that until i funded the account and had to choose a vault. I understand the charge but find it decitful to not mention it up front, just happy to be able to instantly withdraw my funds cause i wont be using the app. And ill pay more of a premium somewhere else but as far as stacking goes i can find a premium under $5, free shipping.

their unsubscribe to email practices are ridiculous I signed up with Google and now I can't unsubscribe from thier emails!! Can't set currency type to anything but USD. Useless for me to track in CAD.

Good app. However, it takes an absurd amount of time for funds to land in international accounts. 8 days and counting!

This app is great for buying gold/silver on the go. I recently had some issue with it, but tech support was great, and listened to my issues. The app now works again and I am back to saving :)

Currently having a problem with opening the app. I've rebooted my phone and uninstalled reinstalled the app. Any suggestions? EDIT per your instructions, I've uninstalled the app, cleared all cached data, and factory reset my phone, reinstalled the app still doesn't open. And sending feedback to Google never gets a response.

Great app. Bought gold and silver on it effortlessly. They hold for you and its tracked with crypto so you know your PMs are there. I've also redeemed some of my metals and was delivered quickly to my house and product was exactly as advertised. The only reason I'm giving 4.9 stars is I dont like the couple of month delay they enforce if you want to redeem, but they say the money you deposited has to be in the app for couple months before its available for redeeming and ordering physical. 👍👍

This is a very affordable way to purchase precious metals and especially those times when they sell at spot. There is a minimum $5.00 quarterly fee but that is cheap compared to premiums over spot for bullion coins. Only drawback is that you cannot exchange your paper (digital representation) metal to bullion. You must sell then buy back physical at premiums to spot. However simply selling the paper for cash is quick and easy.

Really like the app. Premiums are similar to others. Mainly it's nice that you can buy a single item and not have to buy a minimum amount of 5 coins plus to get price you first see.

Very shady people. They charge you a premium to try and get your physical gold and silver you already paid for, plus they charge you quarterly "storage fees" for digital metal. Digital meaning it doesnt physically exist. What a scam.

App works great but you can't withdraw unless you have a certain amount. So if you want to close account after a sell you will loose what is left. Have contacted support 3 times and have not heard back. I did get a response from OneGold so thankful for the agent who I spoke with. But I was charged for the withdraw. Just don't understand why. I think the app is really good and a sound investment platform.

Update: when trying to redeem, I get the followin"Because the account was funded via a linked checking account, credit card, , or via PayPal within the last 60 days, we had to cancel the order, and add the proceeds back to your OneGold cash balance. How are you supposed to purchase in the first place? You are better off buying direct from APMEX. I love the ease of purchase, along with the idea behind ease of redemption, but they have made it more of a hassle than it is worth.

Application is good and easy to use. But why is it that I am only finding out about storage fees after they became due. This was not made clear at all during account creation, when making a purchase, setting up auto investment. If this was made clear at the get go by requiring a payment method for these before you make your first purchase I would not mind. The fees aren't high, but it's an unpleasant surprise that absolutely should not happen months after the fact.

Great app! However, it is currently not going past the main title screen, that just reads "One Gold". No matter how long I let it sit like that, it never enters the actual application. I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, with the most recent Android upgrade. It was working before, and after the upgrade. Only recently stopped working.

Great app. Very easy to use and simple interface. Everything was going well but now it keeps glitching when trying to redeem for physical metal. Ironic, everything works fine besides the part that should work best. After all isn't that the whole purpose of this app?

Solved and running smooth.. update: if I switch to 3G it works normal,but if I run 4G it stuck in blue screen ,any recommendations? ----------- after last update when hit the icon app its no open only blue screen,very disappointed Samsung S9+ model SM-g965f/DS android 10 ,one UI ver#2.5

Extremely difficult to withdraw funds! Do not recomend!!*update* issues fixed with update I guess. Was finally able to add accounts to both fund and withdraw. Thank you!

Great for beginning investors. Easy to navigate this app. Only draw back says bank wires are immediately available to you on here yet when I go to redeem for physical material it doesn't show the full amount available to me

Best way to invest in physical. Especially for anyone who travels or lives a bit nomadic. cheap premiums and storage, real ownership.

After a few attempts buying gold low and selling high I was still losing money using this app. Also it is much easier to put money into the app than to remove it. another thing that I've just discovered months later is there's a sneaky little area on the app where they charge you $5 any time you make a purchase. All signs point to a scam.

Terrible to use slow needed to pay in extra money just to get my money back either wanted 80 dollars for postage or 25 dollars just to give me my money back don't use much better apps out there

Excellent app its what I've been looking for and I'm so glad I found it. I don't have the funds to invest hugely as I don't work and I am in receipt of benefits due to health issues. I only invest £5 per day and so far I have one tenth of an ounce of precious metal and looking forward I could own one ounce of precious metal within 2 years. Thanks to all at Onegold. Reason for 4stars the app needs improvement in transactions from usa to uk,when it asked to enter state ? Only blank screen.

Only one option to withdraw, and it is 25 dollars!!!!

I've had a positive experience with the app. I was able to get metal's at 2-3% over spot when premiums were very high during parts of 2020. Just make sure you call support to get your account verified. No problems withdrawing, selling or transferring funds. I recommend and will continue to use the app.

Dec. 29th 2020 Just a FYI......Your holiday advertisement that pops up on start up is blocking the buttons to push to enter the app. It wont let me exit the advertisement or do anything actually. On thing i can do is recent button on phone to exit. I will upgrade stars when i can actually use the app. Thank

Have attempted numerous times to redeem my money for silver only to not be able to verify myself due to the last step wanting ur D.L. once you take a picture of it, it either deletes your photo and starts back over w the entire process or it will never fully submit. If this app isn't a scam is sure acts like it!!!!! This has been the best way to invest and get gold and silver without paying ridiculous fees normally sought by sellers. Can't wait to get my first shipment.

Verification is horrible Of course it's easy to buy metals but verification is harder. It's difficult to submit an ID when you are automatically logged out when you switch to your phone memory/camera to submitt the ID for verification. Also beware using paypal, it's easy to get your bank account and credit cards account confused.
