ONEIC Bill & Pay App allows you to view and Pay your Utility Bills for Electricity, Water, Telecom and Recharge your Prepaid Number of Telecom & Electricity. All you need to know is your account number from your bill, then you can view and pay your bill, and also you can view payment history.

This app is really amazing, it's so easy to use! Love it, however I paid the electricity bill using the the bill payment machine, so when i checked the app, the total outstanding is still the same! nothing has changed, yet the payment history showes the date & amount i paid which is weird, it's a problem that need to be solved.

My Money Was Cut From app and didn't send my recharge code try to call center for more then 15time from 8am to 9am and they are sleeping no one answered my call as that was last moeny to recharge and I didn't have other money then that which they cut and didn't send the code for me unacceptably by app if there is issues with don't cut our money from account my kids are at home with out elictricity now just give 1 star hope I could give 0 to this app

It used to be excellent but before about 1 month or even more, it doesn't show the latest bill. When i press on letest bill ikon, "SUCCESSFULLY DOWNLOADED" appears but there is nothing to find the bill.

Very useful App. I used to pay using the machines available in the mall. Now it is easier and direct from my mobile. One note that you should enter the consumer No. For water bill. I tried many time with the account no. And it doesn't work. For electricity it is correct you enter your account number and it will saved. Thanks and please correct this small change for water

I don't know what's wrong with this apps, it's (moody), never worked properly, as long I insert my phone number, I get OTP fast, but regardless, this message almost every time pops up (No authorisation, authorisation failed) Which forced me to pay via Bank Muscat. Kindly fix your water bill issues, no fast update.

The system is excellent and simple to use. Please add other features that will allow 1.retrieving history records. 2.register the name of the meter reader for opportunity to know whether reading was done and in time. Accessible by customer. We are tired of "taqdir", wrong bils..etc.

it an (average) app still need some improvements.i experienced a negative issue the day i paid complete amount of my electricity bill, concerned app deducted twice the same amount how come bill is showing( zero ) but app still deduct money again even if bill is zero amount...and when i asked for reinbursement they gave me a call and say will repay you after 28 days.... **this option must be modified or customers will loose confidence and stop using the app**

I have been trying to call your numbers but to no success. We pay our water bills regularly and cleared all payments up to date. But we have been disconnected from water supply in our house for almost 4 days now!! It comes a bit and goes. It's bad enough with the Corona crisis and lockdown. This is not the first time, it has happened many times before and we are loosing our patience. If has become very inconvenient. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Make it easier: For paying the bill we have to download the app first. Some people don't have enough space in their mobile for dowloding the app and, thus, they cannot pay their bills. Please make the online bill payment possible without downloading this app.

App is okay. But i wonder why the reading of electric bill is always wrong. Its very easy you just look at the meter and record it. why the reading always above the current meter reading.
