Needs a lot of work, Android version does not let you add picture to your profile, does not track your personal training sessions in a convenient location, clumsy class check in process, drop-down address fields in profile address do not work. Needs to be better integrated with the brand image, a big distraction.

Sucks! I would give this no stars if I could. The gym set me up with the app when I joined and when I tried to use it the next day it didn't work. So dumb and not convenient at all if you still have to call the gym to sign up for class. That wastes everyone's time.

Why do people hire you to develop apps? Every. Single. Motionvibe app has an a 2* rating or less. The information isn't in the right place. The info there isn't useful. Home page categories are empty. Typos on the home page. Links that don't work. No calendar for quickly looking at schedule so you literally have to go day by day until you get to the day you need. It's a $hit show. The website isn't better as you can't bookmark anything due to the constant changing of the URL. Just pathetic.

This app is worthless. It doesn't show the class schedule, nor my appointments. The ONLY thing it will do is allow me to sign in at the front desk, and I already have a key fob for that. I'd rate the gym a 20/10 any day, but if I could give this app fewer than zero stars I would. Absolute waste of space. EDIT: I finally got the app to work well. I'm leaving the negative review in place, however, because I had to reinstall it 4 times to finally get it to work.

Used once. Now won't recognize my username and password. Verified that they work on the website. Them, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now, won't install. 206 GB of free space, storage isn't the problem. Now, getting a 500 http internal server error.

I can't finish signing up for my account. I get to the third step where I select my home gym, and when I click 'next' I get a notification saying something updated. Edit: still having the same issue.

always reads that my username and password are wrong.....I've tried 3 times. Not really impressed right now,especially if a simple app is having issues. I just want to see the class schedules,please fix this!!

Useless. I used to use GoldGym app that allowed me to register all my training activity and synchronize with my Garmin heart beat device. These options are non existing in this app. The only thing it does is to promote their own classes. Absolute garbage.

Does the bare minimum of what I need, but there are no notifications! I do not get reminders for my registered or favorite classes, and I am not notified when I'm moved from the wait list into the class. Give us notifications!!

This app... it just doesn't work. Can't get logged in, and the error it throws is an oh so informative "Something went wrong." Kinda light on troubleshooting detail.

This app forgets your login info and then the "forgot password" takes you to the new account creation screen....

this app crashes alot, so my check in data is lost. I also get error messages that the motion vibe is unavailable a lot of the time.

I was able to login but can't get past the pick your location page! Please fix, im soposed to sign up for classes on the app and my app won't work!

Android app does not work. Couldn't get past the "select your gym location" page, but did create my account on the mobile site. I can log in to the mobile site, but cannot log in to app.

There is a bug. The app is not displaying all of the One Life locations and I cannot sign up for a class in the Rockville office.

I had Golds Gym membership and now have to switch to onelife app to get gym info. But I can't get the info because it won't finish creating my account, I get to step 3 of 3 selecting gym location and it won't continue.

Like others have said. Says wrong password. Even during sign up get to step 3 and pick your home gym and then it says account already exists. And it's so damn slow!

Hoo boy. This is a doozey Don't use this app. Its really very poorly put together. Your password needs to be 14 characters or shorter and they forgot to tell you that! Thats why you can't make an account!

Doesn't recognize me. I enter my barcode and last name. Why bother making an app when you can't get it working. No one on site knows how to get me going either.

Never works!! I haven't been able to log in since ai first made my account. This app stinks especially since I cannot log in to take classes or anything..

Wouldnt let me pick a home gym and now wont recognize my sign in what so ever. Also there is NO option to reset the password. Annoying!!

I joined this gym for the classes, and it says online to register for the class through the app. Not sure how I'm supposed to do that if the app doesn't even work.

The check-in function necessary to show you're in the class is very finicky, and requires that you log in and out repeatedly to work.

Worthless... can't finish the process past home gym location. Tried uninstalling a few times still not working. I would give a zero if I could.

Good for check in to gym and class schedule, but cannot check in for classes. So we get in trouble!

the app always has errors and usually never lets u sign in to gym with scan option. Its very annoying

Horrible app. Won't let me complete the sign up process. I've reinstalled three times now. Absolutely worthless.

This is the worst app! I cannot even login at all. It won't verify my membership. Very Frustrating!
