Occasionally have to wait for pick up even though booked online 6+ hours in advance but am always notified of any delay. Dispatch realizes that online should have priority over last minute calls. Great and friendly drivers.
This is my favourite food delivery app by far. Quick, great local spots and any issues I've had have been quickly resolved.
glitchy always stopping it's worked a few times but right now I am stuck at a sobeys and I cant even find Bob's taxi on the damn thing.
I don't understand. This was billed as a taxi app by a Toronto taxi company, but there are no taxi businesses in it??
absolutely trash, couldnt even make an account because it said my phone number isnt valid.
It's a fine app. Very few problems since I've started using it.
So far I am really liking the app and haven't found any problems with it.
cab driver was very professional enjoy riding with this cab driver compared to other employees from all American cab company great job

I use this to call a taxi and it's fantastic! Love that I can place an order for a specific time or call one for now then watch how close my cab is. I haven't used the other parts of this app but wish that Bob's taxi was highlighted on the home screen. This could just be my fault as I haven't played around with the app much! I always search for Bob's.
My only complaint is that there isn't an "open now" filter and that sometimes when I select a filter it doesn't actually filter the results. Other than that it's a convenient app
I use the app all the time but this morning it says it's "currently unavailable" to login and all my login information is correct. Please fix this.
Love this app, been using it since we moved to Salem. Let's you see where the driver is at, and name of your drier. Plus you can message them with any questions or concerns. Awesome thank you
Will not allow me to create an account saying that my phone number is not valid. The businesses using this app will be losing business because of it.
Perfect if you need a cab, I haven't tried the other services yet however
This app needs a few extras, including a spot for an ODSP #, that will stand out like the firat name on the driver's tablet screen. I have my firts name as my ODSP number and with no space i add my firat name. The rest is normal. Overall, its a wonderfull app. tops to the designers!!
cab service aspect works great. wish they would just focus on this however as all these other options and little businesses teaming together without any industry unison gets a little confusing sometimes. other than the gps always being off by 2-3 houses, it sure beats talking to a pissed off dispatch half the time
