Always giving error messages on the verification stage. Unusable and a useless download for the time being. Hopefully it will fixed in the future.

Was using the app perfectly before I upgraded to android Pie, after that I cnt log in, no assistance from ur call centre either. Other apps are updated almost weekly or at the least fortnightly. This one was last updated in October 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

useless app, can't even get to register my number to make it work. The last time it was working, it was working only on net1 data. On other mobile networks data or WiFi it doesn't work. useless app

This app is useless. My data wasted to download it. I can't even register my number on it. I can't get through the initial stage, which defeats the purpose of the app. Hahaha!

I personally think this app was not done well it doesn't go past the verifying stage. And it's wasting my hard earned data downloading it.

I am failing to log in the application is not reacting. I am having trouble with netone apps on dual sim not picking up the correct sim card.

Bugged up App! Can't even go beyond verify your number! When u try to verify it just goes back to step one, without any error message! Disappointed. Then they dream kuti one day they will match ecocash

This is one of the useless apps on google play store. I don't think netone technical guys even check reviews or check if it's working. Netone you can do better than this hogwash.

this app is a waste of intellectual time. it does not even work or go past the verification stage...honestly does not deserve to be on play store...

I think the IT administrators of Net One should consider that better programming is required for this app to be fully functional. They should also learn from their fierce rivals.

Very shocking and arrogant of netone to not have bothered to fix this app up to now. Still not going beyond verification step. Stupid stupid app!

Worked well during launch but now it keeps on requesting me to use wifi or data even if i got 2gbyts of data and its working on other applications.

I wish there was a smaller rating than one star that's what I would have given it it is a WASTE OF YOUR TIME do NOT DOWNLOAD what a waste of 2.4megabites

The app does not go past the verify page. Please fix this. Otherwise it looks like a convenient app.

the graphics are aweful please do something about it . this is 2019 qnd the way you designed your app its more like it was done by app designer whonis still learning

Installed it. It has never worked. Ends at "Submitting..." and crashes. Useless
