I love this app but it will often shut down midway through a broadcast, and now along with that, the app will randomly come on and start playing a broadcast without me even having the app on. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but it doesn't help. If this keeps happening I'm going to have to delete One Place for good.
Used to work great. Can't search by ministry because app crashes. Takes the opportunity of a blessing if you have to go through a frustrating lapse of time, before you can get the ministey you're looking for. Yes, now one has to wait till the app decides to show you the minisyry... In a sort of slide show.
(Would give 5 stars but locks upwhen the screen goes dark and closes down when I try to share a message. 2019). Fast forward to this last update.....You fixed the App and has been doing GREAT until you forced the update this week. App stops when screen is off again, the app is no longer user friendly. Please put it back the way it was. And fot future reference after you get it fixed...... if it's not broke don't fix it.
I like the content but I've quit using the app because later it spontaneously starts playing what I had finished listening to earlier. The only way I can get it to stop playing then is to turn off my phone then restart the phone. So I just decided not to even try anymore. Fix this and I'll use the app again.
Still good content but new app is not user friendly and has bugs in it. Most annoying one to date, A number of times the app just starts playing the last sermon I listened to. And you can't stop it or change the the volume. Only way to stop it is to shut down phone or force stop the app.
Since the last upgrade, now I can't open my favorite ministries, as soon as I open them the application closes completely. My phone is a Samsung note9 and I never had any problems until the app was upgraded. what is the problem? please fix it. it was great before.....
Update..STILL STARTS PLAYING ON IT'S OWN. Even when app is shut down.. sometimes a day later.. PLEASE this. Loved this until recent update. Show archives are smaller, I think. And starts playing on its own unless I restart my phone Update....still the same. Why did the archive get so small? The changes made to the app cause it to start playing randomly. Please fix. I'm using the app less and less due to these issues
I agree with recent feedback. So many glitches. Your very first software version was the most reliable and easiest to navigate. Getting frustrated at trying to download or save favorites. Will reinstall but if not fixed will just go to church's web pages and delete app.
Nice content. Horrible update. I used the prior version everyday. Most recent version is not user friendly. It displays only 2 favorites, home screen default rather than favorites. I'll likely have to use YouTube with greater frequency. Real shame this version is so bad.
This was a wonderful app for Christians seeking knowledge The update has rendered it semi useless... You close the app and it will reopen and start playing.... And when you go to close it you can't find it Imagine your in the middle of a meeting and you forgot to silence your phone... And you're rudely interrupted and can't for a minute or two shut it off I forgot it takes forever to boot and to shut off... Except for you can't really shut it off... It'll come back on its own
Does not allow downloads. I was using Tune In. It stopped working on Monday April 11 , 2022. Difficult to access password settings. The app hangs up and gets stuck
I've used this app also for years. It used to be very user-friendly and easy-to-see things quickly. Now everything is very spaced out, takes forever to scroll, I can't find things if I'm in a series or something. And the biggest issue is I can't share messages to anyone! 😫😞💔
I do not like the new updated version, I upgraded phones and see no login yet when I try to go to my favorites it takes me to a screen that wants me to sign up for an account. I already have one. Out side of that it is a very good resource for me.
This app is not user-friendly the update made it harder I'm fairly tech-savvy and haven't figured out how to save my favorites and get to them quickly! There's no way to shuffle and can't seem to go back.
Well, honestly I used to like this app but the format has changed so much that I would change my previous 5 star rating to only 1/2 of a star if i could and that's only because the concept of many teachings being in 1 app was so nice. The content is so poorly organized that I can't see using this again or recommending it. I'm very sorry to be soo negative but I truly hope a different format is offered soon. Ty for the opportunity to share the feedback.
I used this app daily and shared it with many new believers as a reliable source for Biblical teaching. Now I can't use it because of all the problems with the "upgrades " . I'm going to uninstall it and check back down the road to see if it works. So very sad to lose this resource.
Will randomly start playing. The only way to stop the sound is to say "Hey Google - Stop the music". Not acceptable in many situations. Please fix this!
Fantastic preaching and solid biblical teaching. The only problem I have with this app is sermons won't shut off when I close it. They will resume all by itself.
Middle of the night a program comes on by itself. Very annoying. Content is great but this automatic play shouldn't be happening.
Required to Force Stop app after each use. Love the app, but unless I force stop the app after each use it remains running and eats up my battery life. Also, will just start playing randomly hours later. Please fix.
Love the format and speaker selections. Do not love the app itself. The app continually crashes and gives the message that it is not responding. At that point, it gives an option to send feedback (which I do). I want to love this app! Please fix these issues! Update: 3/6/2019. Still getting these errors, One Place has stopped. Send Feedback.
I like that I can access so many speakers in one place. And I'm glad the bug that caused the app to stop playback was fixed. But a few things I don't quite appreciate. The change from verticle to horizontal scrolling is less convenient on a narrow phone and makes for more scrolling. I've also experienced the app spontaneously playing in the middle of the night, like 2 AM. It's just like someone else reported that the app wasn't even loaded or in the background. Cause to consider uninstalling.
