OnePlus Connect

There are two things you guys have to do with your app. One is to add volume up and down key alongside with the volume slider cuz its very hard to decrease and increase the volume slightly with the slider only. Second is the direction swipe function also have a hold feature by which we can move any direction just to keep holding the direction cuz swiping everytime is very annoying. Hope you understand my points 😊. Thank you and please provide these features ASAP 🙂

Worst app ever..I have OnePlus Y1S tv. After recent update OnePlus app not connected even if I connected my tv and Realme GT master edition phone to same wi fi network. It always show connection to OnePlus tv failed. please fix the bug. I have filed complaint but no resolution provided by customer care. utterly disappointed.

I don't know why the reviews are negative for this app. This is an excellent one. Based on some critical negative comments, I understood that they don't know how to use this application. I loved it. I'll decrease the volume from another room if my parents increase the volume of TV 😂😂 and I love the feature that we can even turn off the TV with this.

It is utterly horrible. With a OnePlus phone as well it just doesn't connect. I was the a proud owner of one plus one phone when it was shared on invite basis. Since then...but this is just disappointing

I can't able to turn on my y series with OnePlus 7t through one connect and also both the device connected in same wifi network....can anybody help because my remote is not working....thank you

I have a oneplus 32inch Y series tv. I am not able to connect my op7pro with it inspite of TV and mobile connected to same wifi. The phone detects the TV, when I click it, it asks a question to share password and connect to TV. Once I click yes, it shows Password sharing failed and goes back to the previous state. The OS version in TV and mobile are up to date.

Its good but. Sometimes i cant cast screen. Many times i clear the data and cache too. But it doesn't get fix. PLEASE OnePlus fix this problem or give me solution. If you solve the problem, i will give 5 stars ... plz. And yess.. i have OnePlus Y series 43 inch

Awesome app. Very user friendly. Just one mute button in App will make it perfect. Please provide mute button.

I have oneplus 55 u1 TV. It takes good time to connect to TV. Once you go to some other application in your mobile, this application disconnects itself. Then more difficult to connect, as it keeps searching the TV and takes long time to search the TV. A third class application. The TV remote is very user-unfriendly and application unconnecting... What to say. Lesser the better. Why there is no zero rating.... Madan Gopal Gupta

Not a good App. Due to not working properly this app we can't able to watch tv. I think one plus cheat with us.

New update is really awesome and this app has not started replacing remote but still have to type mentally selecting each alphabet in YouTube search through this app .

App is good, but there is no forward button .the slide forward method is so discusting, plzz update the forward button

Type sync doesnt work have been trying this since a week. The keyboard does not appear on connect. There is no volume control button in app...for this you have to go to physical remote...waste of technology. To connect the tv everytime we need to open the connect server app then only connects. Oneplus has just made this app....its needs lot of revision.....pathetic experience

Y u not proper screen mirroring option provided, it's not working and also many one plus TV not working on screen mirroring u first solve the issues

Bought the TV recently and have been trying to effing connect the bloody TV to phone but could never do it with any combination of bluetooth or wifi or wifi hotspot. Just take care of these silly issues and let us enjoy the experience the "SMARTNESS" of the TV that has been advertised with large enough fonts.

Finally able to connect the app to my Y series 32 inch tv. But, cannot use the trackpad to control the TV. All I can use in the remote feature is the quick switch between apps and that's it. Please fix this too!

Not able to connect TV with app. Have checked and rechecked all the options/ suggestions multiple times. Still getting the same issue. Tried with Bluetooth on, with Hotspot etc. and everything else, but still same result. Couldn't find any TV 😒

Doesn't work correctly on my OnePlus Y series 32 inch. Doesn't connect with tv, Even if the TV appears in search couldn't select. From past 3 days I could connect only once and that too it got disconnected by itself within 5 minutes. Again I couldn't connect till not. Very disappointed. Need to update.

The experience using app is worst. Mostly it would come handy to type in inputs. But the keyboard is showing up only if we browse through oxygeyplay. But if we directly open prime video or youtube the keyboard is not popping up and we have to select each letter appearing on the tv

App is crashing again and again as I click on the cast icon on the top right corner of app. Really very frustrating. Tried atleast 50 times but not able to connect my phone. Even after reinstalling the app.

App is good to use but it would be great if the keyboard option is provided to search. Always have to move the on screen keys to type that bit annoying. Pls try to add the keyboard feature on connect.

When I bought this TV the day it was launced that time I owned a one Plus mobile and this app worked perfectly fine, now I have a samsung phone and the app can't even find my TV. What's the point of buying an expensive TV which has so limited connectivity. Worst TV ever .

Keyboard is not coming for typing, and also it forgets the tv everytime after TV restarts and not able to search, each time I need to connect user connect server. Please fix the keyboard issue, as its the most important feature of it.

Volume in the speed working all of sudden. Also option to open apps line YouTube, prime through app also disappeared which was there previously..... Please update this. It will be one of the coolest features yup have remote in phone if you update this

One of the worst application, Unable to play any local videos in TV through this app...

Can't even connect to the TV after the update. Very disappointed.

Needs little improvement. When the phone gets locked and unlock the app forgets the last connected device, again you need to sync up the app with the device to connect and use as remote.
