I compete in powerlifting and programming workouts can be difficult. So I was introduced the this app and was instantly hooked. The results were awesome, I didn't get 400lbs on bench press but the attempt was beautiful. My Deadlifts increased by 15lbs. I will be using and referring this app to everyone.....God Bless

This is more than a simple 1rm calculator. The best part about this app is the built in 5/3/1 calculator, where you can set the desired percentages of you TM. If I had to give just one advice, I'd say to add an 85% of TM option on the 5/3/1 calculator, as per the changes made in 5/3/1 Forever

Easy to use. Need to improve, for example you should add other capabilities like 15RM. You can use NASM Guidelines book with permission to calculate or predict RM's.
Not accurate at all. My maxes are more and I know it for a fact. Cool layout I guess?
Freaking love this app. Has a log which saves your 1repmax. Better than the other 1repmax apps. Gives you percentages and weights and different rep calculations of your 1 rep max. And vice versa it will take your rep number and weight used and calculate your 1 rep max from that. Gives you choice of mathmetical algorithns to use in figuring 1repmax as well.

the programmer is a smart dude. His calculator is perfect for percentage-based weightlifting, max 1Rm forward and backward calculations, different formulas can be selected, he shows the formulas, you can store lifts for reference, etc. it's a unique and awesome app.
