If you wanna buy a house/property, this is the best app for you. You won't find rental properties here. Would recommend to friends and family.

I downloaded the app to make checking house prices in the area easier, when you search in the app for a property for sale you get "insufficient data" but you look the same property up on the mobile website and get a figure.. not even sure how that's possible as it'll be using the same database. The app runs nice, and looks nice - but is fundamentally not useful compared.

Filters are so poorly configured that it takes 10 times longer than necessary to do all of your searches, and even then, half the results don't match. You will be renting forever if you wait for this app to help you locate a suitable property!

1. Consider adding a tool to remove homes you're not interested in so they dont keep popping up in your search 2. Fix your code so the correct property types and price points show. I should not see "units" and apartments in "house" searches nor should I see property that is so greatly above my price range. 3. I uninstalled this application within the first 10 minutes of using it. The interface is neither intuitive or clean. 4. Would not recommend until application is more than a afterthought

Frustrating!! Why bother having search parameters if your app continually shows me properties 30-40% above the maximum value I put in. Such a waste of time. Even the option to permanently remove some properties from the searches would be good but that's not there either.

its really hard to start a new search once a saved search is in place. its also very annoying that it emails me every time i check back to a saved property, and still sends me messages about properties ive removed from the saved list. cant seem to turn these off without losing all updates

Found the convoluted way to set the land area. Not sure why this is not in the search option. But there is only a very limited pre selection. Why not custom so that I can find the for example 5000m land that I want. Now I need to select 1000+ and go trough all the listings to see if it is more than 5000 Why not adding a custom value Also it would be nice to filter on freehold only and on only NON- new builds as the site is overloaded by new build houses which are almost all the same.

Its just gets frustrating to use. If you scroll around the map in a suburb looking at for houses on sale or recently sold it just stops displaying any information and the only way to get anything back is to close the app and reopen only for it to happen again.

This app was my daily companion for our months of house hunting and worked reliably, never once crashed. Great features, my only gripe was not being able to edit saved searches but otherwise perfect!

Still displaying wrong information, provided feedback via email waste of my time. Dev said the issue I'm experiencing is based on agent data. Well, the data is wrong and Porirua and Lower Hutt have no nearby suburbs. Why provide an app that you don't verify the data. I gave it another shot will not try it again. I'll stick with Trademe Property.

The search function is useless. I feel like the only way to get the app to show the property you want is to Google search it, then open the link through the app, and then wait and hope it will load, which either takes forever/multiple attempts or won't load at all

Able to keep finger on the pulse... Very helpful, easy to use

Great for looking at the RV and seeing where houses are for sale

App has stopped working [edit] - I threw my phone out the window and got a new one and now it works -

Was working great until it logged me out and is now constantly saying login credentials invalid. Can't search a thing the app is now useless. Even tried to retrieve password to see if that will work.. It seems my details have been deleted somehow

Been trying to use this app for over a month now as our real estate agent told us it was one of the best!! what a load of rubbish wont let you search unless your signed in! and then wont let you sign in as login credentials are invalid... wont sign in with FB or Google either, so I guess I'll stick to trade me...

Keeps giving error message, super slow, keeps loading, used it for 15 mins and got so frusteated that i wanted to smash my phone! Fix your app if you really want to sell properties.

no images displaying for the houses, emailed support they fixed the problem then it is broken again, its fixed again so fingers crossed it stays that way as the app itself is very useful and better than the others

Sorry not very tech savvy. Enter me in the draw for the spa. Please. Can't work though app! Is there some sort of special amount of times you need to push the button before anything happens?

Experienced issues with the latest update which when I contacted OneRoof customer service their development team were able to identify that the app needed to updated to the latest version. Simple and easy.

The app works as intended but the vast majority of articles are aimed at the high end luxury homes (the ones worth 10s of millions). Most people arent in that market and never will be.

Annoying app. Keeps notifying me of irrelevant property for sale nowhere near where I am or where I've searched or in the price range that I've searched. Very poor

This app doesn't work for me, returns errors whenever I search for a property. It can't find my current address, my new address, my mum's address, my sister's address... Not sure why it has been released if doesn't function

A very useful app, but now all the Images are broken, cant see any image on S10. hope you'll resolve this problem. (tried uninstalling and reinstalling)

Looked up own property, and there was incorrect information. Number of bedrooms incorrect and valuation. No way to contact to make correction.
