Couldn't get pass entering my insurance information application kept closing everytime. Need to fix that. Until then I can't tell you yet I had a good experience with the app.
Every time I try to take a pic of my insurance the app boots me out & I have to re enter my info & try again, this has happened a number of times and I am just about ready to uninstall the app!!
Definitely not the cheapest prices. I have the app GoodRX and compared it to the prices with this app and it was almost half the prices. I'll stick with my other app for sure.
Every time I try to add my insurance card, the app crashes. Very aggravating since this is the app suggested to us by our company.
crashes everytime I take a picture. Tried this on 2 different phones and everytime it crashes when I take the second picture of my insurance card.
This is a great service and good app but I can't reset my password right now. I have to wait for the reset link to be sent :(
Waited on hold never had anyone pick up until finally got a message saying sorry closed leave message. All I want is for some one to tell me how to create an account, it won't accept user name or password I try and no instructions to be found.
App will not let me scan my insurance card. Keeps booting me out. Tried 3 times to register. 3 Strikes, I'm done!👎 Uninstalled the app.
App stops working almost to the end of registering. All data entered during that process is lost over and over again.
This app is GARBAGE. It has zero functionality; always gives some sort of server or connection error.
Tried to register my insurance card FOUR times. Each time I took copy of the back of the insurance card, the app closed. Not ok.

The rx code page is never clear the codes are overlapped and hard to read.

Every time I tried to enter information, it would send me back to the installation of the app.
Incorrect information given in app, both for with-insurance price and for without-insurance price.
I used to use this app all the time and loved it. I've saved probably $10,000 or more with this app over the years and that's not including all of the money my family has saved. Anyways normally I would give 5 stars but I have to give 1 star right now because the app is not working at all. It is giving a server error when trying to do anything. I cant search or even open a new account. ***DEVELOPERS PLEASE FIX THE BUGS SO I CAN CHANGE MY REVIEW AND GIVE 5 STARS***
