Takes a long time to load all the cases n happenings page. It's as though there is a server problem. I see it is the same since a few months ago and still not resolved. Pls fix this. Tks
If you have a lot of photos in your phone, you would have a rough time. The app does not allow you to go to a specific photo album or folder to pick your photo to submit. The app does not have a feature to save a draft. Good luck to you if you had entered a lot of info but you did not have a photo. The next time you retry with the photo, all you earlier entries would be gone!
It's finally working for S22 Ultra. Updating to 4 stars. Suggestion for improvement. Making uploading of images optional. For instance, wanted to report a pothole on a road. APP required an image to support the case. How to take photo when driving?
Not user friendly. Agree to most of the negative feedbacks others sent here. This app is useless! Many issues NOT resolved, thats why you are quick to respond. The responses are always of the same templates. Pls refer to the cases submitted, issues NOT resolved.
I have not used the apps for a while. But lately I wanted to submit a case but the app keeps closing by itself. It does not give me opportunity to log in the app. How to resolve it? I tried uninstall the apps and re-download it few times but the issue persists.
Recently unable to open One service app. I log in via my Singpass; during the verification mode, it advise sign in failed. it keeps going back to the Oneservice page for Login or Signup. The 1st box asks for 'email address" but above dialog box, it indicates NAME. 2nd Box ask for confirm email address. 3rd Box asks for Mobile number
Not friendly,keep on showing results as early as 2017.Submit button cannot be used. Emailed them but officer is n0t happy. Insist that I make use of the One Service
Everything's good, but suddenly I can't seem to see where is doing renovation and how long it will be...stayed home to work thinking there's no renovation but its so noisy now. Hope this feature can be restored as it helps me to plan my daily schedule.
Submitted illegal parking a few times. Each time, the reply was action taken when in reality no warden shows up and no fines issued.
False advertising. "feedback Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. " THERE IS NO SUCH FUNCTION AT ALL IN THE APP. Seriously, didn't the developer know there is no feedback or opinion function/feature. You can only participate in surveys (which there are none at the moment), submit cases, or book facilities or some parking related stuff. There is NO feedback feature at all.
Unable to log in with error message "Unable to connect to server" this is for log in via Facebook, Google and user name. Please fix so I can report
Lagging or unable to open apps, if able case still pending. did our beloved minister using the same apps too? Have to view Phone model and OS version? Before the updates everything was good to go.
For the illegal parking segment, can we take a photo and later select from phone gallery to input first rather than the arrangement now- need to fill in, follow by the place etc. Can look into it? Thanks.
26 the March 2022 Having problem again with loading of pictures. Can't load the picture to send. When photo taken to be sent. Always rejected. Service always down. Same happened today. 31st Jan.2022 Picture sent for action at yr email address. Thanks 3rd Feb 2022 Still same problem Can't sent the picture Same remarks 8th Feb Thank you for the reply. It was 5 star, they fixed the slow loading. But now back to slow loading again. At times the app quit by itself when trying to upload image.
Keeps crashing and has multiple bugs. Received a reply but could not open to read it, then the app hung.
Unable to log in for more than 10 times. Emailed them for help since last week, no response from them. Useless app & service!
Everytime there's an update, the App doesn't launch at all.. I am awaiting another brilliant update to fix this so called *bug*.. Please do something useful.
This app is quite useless. I reported season parking lot is occupied by foreign vehicle. I kept getting a standard reply that action has been taken and week after week and day after day the season parking lot is occupied by foreign vehicles. Yesterday, the same lot occupied by the same vehicle. What’s the point if we get lies and really no action is taken.
I cannot login since 28 Jan. Try all means but still same error message. Emailed to MSO to ask for assistance and they asked many questions. Replied to all the questions yet still no solution. Now they are telling me to use SINGPASS or FB or Google to login. Tried but still cannot login. I fail to understand why MSO cannot resolve the issue. Sad to say this app gives more problems than help !!!
couldn't find my previous reviews & answer from the ministry... has been unable to load cases, unable to load announcements for a few weeks & "claims" that Internet issues, but guess what, have no problem to go my tax portal & other govt web site. this is not a apps written by ah Meng or ah seng company but by a ministry. seriously disappointed. pls wake up!
It is the WORST app. Noone ever responds to tickets raised on the app. Might as well be talking to the air or talking to oneself in a psych ward for all the good this does. Don't waste your time or space on your phone downloading this app.
Firstly, there is a bug during login. After keying the OTP, the page jumps back to the login page again. I have to click "login" again before the app main page loads. Next, it tells me that I have "connectivity issues" which is not true since all my other apps and browser are working fine. Hence, I am unable to use any functions on the app in the end. Please fix these bugs. I've seen many other reviews with similar issues as well.
