Onetouch Move

This new version of App is really disappointing and pathetic. I am using this wonderful watch since last 2 years. That time i was able to connect it to Bluetooth, get all the notifications properly. But now new version dont work properly. There are Bluetooth connectivity issues also no notifications coming. And so many people are complaining but there is no single response from your side. What the hell is this guys. At least have some responsibility.

This app worked perfectly on my Alcatel and Samsung S6 Edge, I have changed to the Samsung A7 (Android 8.0.0 installed) and the app does not even want to open, hence no notifications gets sent to my watch. The only thing I can do is basically connect my watch via bluetooth (via connectivity settings) to update the time and date on the watch and do the 'Find my phone' functionality. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, updated the app but still the same results.

Please fix the app. It will not let me create a profile or account. It keeps telling me to check my network connection, which is functional, when connected to wifi. On my mobile data it gives me a loading notification but doesn't work from there. Please fix this problem. Also please fix having to resync the watch to the device every two minutes.

Update the app to work with Android Pie. Notifications for sms, mail, etc... don't work, no caller ID... Almost useless. I truly hope you'll update this app and make it usable nowadays, since it seems to be way outdated and buggy. And I really like my One Touch watch and would definetely like to properly make use of it... So...Update it! Thanks!

It would have been better to be able to link it to Google Fit. Helps to sync the file and records. At this rate, if this is not patched, I will need to switch to Xiaomi fit. Found the problem was the link that was used to redirect the login. That is not a secured link nor is it a valid link. You need to get your developers to fix that for the Google Fit to be able to sync to it.

None of the phone notifications appear on the watch. Edited 17Aug20: it looks like the notifications are coming through now. Steps: Uninstalled the app, re-installed it, then made sure the Move app had all the required permissions allowed through the permission manager and THEN get an incoming call. Yes, until I received an incoming call, I was getting absolutely no notifications. Afterwards, the notifications showed, except for Gmail and SMS.

I was thinking my new phone was faulty but now i know im not the only one with bluetooth and the notifacation issue. Please fix the fault that is the only problem with the watch. The new picture face up date is wicked the watch needs more pixels but its great for what it is just hurry up and fix the fault. It would be 4.5 stars other wise.Blessings

What the hell is wrong with this app it keeps disconnecting from my watch even though my phone bluetooth is still connected, It defeats the purpose for having the app as the only reason I got it was to receive notifications and that's no happening. It wasn't like this before so hurry up and and fix it.I'm not the only one reporting this problem so why don't you guys fix it.

I don't know whats going on with this app. But all of a sudden it won't let me login my profile. ???? Come on guys sort it out enough is enough.bnow the part that you can customise your clock face keeps freezing you have reinstall app to get it to work then it only works once what is happening to this app ?????

I bought alcatel Go watch 3 months before. I am using Note 9 with android P. This app doesn't support android p. right now only date and time, step data, etc get synchronised between the watch and my phone. No notifications on the watch other than call notification which always shows Unknown caller. I have sent emails to the developers many times but till now no reply.

App doesn't work since I updated phone to latest android operating system. When I try to connect watch to phone app crashes. Tried uninstalling and re-installing but having the same issue. None of the data recorded by the watch transfers to the phone

having a lot of issue with Bluetooth connection. my other devices are easily connected with my OnePlus 5T and saty connected for a long time. but my onetouch watch is getting disconnected after few minutes. i have to again go to the app to for restoring connection. please help.

It can connect my phone (xiaomi) running android 7 to the watch, can change wallpaper, buzz the phone etc, the only problem is I didnt get any notifications on my phone except for incoming phone call. The settings are correct, tried so many things with no success, please help?

Currently use Alcatel one touch watch with Nokia 3, already set all permission and checkmarked all items, try to factory reset, install and uninstall the apps, but still no notification at the watch. I also can not pair the watch and the phone with nfc. Can you please suggest something. thank you.

the app work great on my old phone with the old version, when I updated it pretty much useless because the Bluetooth kept disconnect by itself and I dont get any notification I set to get. The only thing I get is calls coming in, when would this issue be fix????

since i changed my phone to a pixel 2xl from a nokia 8, my watch just keeps disconnecting from bluetooth and so it renders my watch useless. I keep reconnecting and clearing the cache but the same results. Its about time it was sorted as i like my watch and love to wear it on walks. Please sort it out

Loses connection constantly and now doesn't synch messages, emails and calls anymore. Thanks Acatel, you've now made my 'smart' watch a simple watch! You do know phones update regularly? maybe you should try doing that with YOUR products as well

The App is so broken you can't even access it now, i reinstalled it and it won't even let me go pass the profile check!! Please fix it, i cant change the watch face through the app and as everyone says, it always disconnects even though my bluetooth is on.

Using it for last 2 years nearly 1.Notification of incoming calls shows the person name previously. but now it is showing as "unknown number". 2. Sync to google fit is not working. 3. Not able to see old datas if the mobile device changed. kindly fix it. i used asus zenfone and moto g5s+ previously, it worked well. Now not even able to login in my profile. So you guys really working for this watch update. If not working, please release a downgraded version which we can use. U ruined it now.

I was going through reviews over here and most of the people have been facing same kind of problem as I'm facing that is connection failure between my watch and phone. I'm using latest android pie and in my experience of using onetouch watch was working fine till i was using android kitkat. This app really has some serious connectivity issue with android oreo and pie.

I downloaded this app and connected to my go watch for thr first time. But it doesn't let me create an account. Neither through mail nor Google account. I don't get the notifications on my watch. Also, any calls coming through, displays as unknown. Please fix this.

Had the original app and phone for two years and all fabulous ,latest update has rendered watch and notifications useless and disconnects bluetooth and does not reconnect more times than a fiddler can move his elbow.Rubbish app and the developer has rendered many Watches unoperative ..quite simply SORT IT

This watch is a very high quality and efficient one but as I've experienced in this 3 years, it has been working and match with iOS phone very nice but now that I have android phone, it doesn't work properly, for example it unpairs automatically continuously, also I get no notification about my messages and calls.

My smartwatch doesn't connect with the mobile apps, thereby showing no notifications on the smartwatch. Help section of no help. What's the point of a smartwatch if it can only show time and check steps taken?

Notifications for Mail, Calls and Texts do not work in the new version, and the watch doesnt always reconnect to Bluetooth phone without having to do it manually.

i will update review if this gets fixed. does not receive text or app notifications with Android 9.0, call notifications show unknown caller and won't show you who is calling. why can't i email them? gets blocked every time.

For. god's sake, provide regular updates. Watch disconnects automatically after a few minutes. Happens with almost any smartphone. And it is your responsibility to provide timely updates for the app. I don't even remember when the last update was
