Love this app!! All in one app simple to use and with all the bells and whistles. Travel has never been so easy. Thanks to developers for making life a little easier..

Booking experience. I made reservations online and the transaction didn't go through.Shortly after, one of the agents called me and offered to assit me make the payment online. I requested for the summary of the schedule and it didn't tally with what I had online. In less than 1 minute, after the transaction I asked for rectification (which was declined) Finally I paid $150 USD to reschedule the flight. Hopefully this is my first and last time to use this service. Very disappointed.Beware.

Don't try to change or get a refund on your ticket.... It Won't happen. (They did offer a voucher... I think however nothing I have recieved yet Seemed like hours on phone with "customer service" with them issuing me approximately $10 refund, my total was between $700 and $800. They were very difficult to understand and follow after multiple times on hold while "she checked on something" (it was a Very trying experience and I am a pretty patient person in general). Very Poor Customer Service....

Buyer Beware. I'm a member didn't have problems booking a flight... until I booked actual flights thru the site and that's when things went array. Flight got changed, rearrange wasn't confirmed, then it was not for the original departure. One travel doesn't have the same clout as Expedia, Priceline, or hotwire does with Planes, Cars and Hotels. I didn't like paying the changeover fee and the missing the extra night at the Hotel. $150x4 + $560stay. Cheap flights are "buy" with caution One Travel.

I wish I could use 0 star..... theres no point in downloading it. Since I've downloaded this app I haven't been able to look anything up. Everytime I try to, it will tell me "something is wrong call customer service". Once I call them, they try to get me to book right away instead of figuring out if they can help me with the app not working. Yes I want to book the flight, but one thing is I like to see all possibilities before I get one, something that if I do over the phone, we'll be on that phone for hours. It's just very disappointing compared to what I was expecting.

Really bad customer service. We tried to cancel a flight and we were on hold for a little over an hour before the call dropped. When we tried to do it through chat, there was no response. We finally managed to cancel it through the airline. Stay away from this app, it's not worth the cheap prices.

I purchased a round ticket from this agency. Due to coronavirus, the flight was cancelled and guess what they did. They charged 35 USD a cancellation fee. Even I didn't cancel the flight. The flight was cancelled by the service provider. How can I be held liable in such case? It is a "cheap" agency. I will never again prefer them. And the worst thing is they don't respond and when they respond they deceive.

Very efficient.. I had a problem with my card and within seconds I received a call and walked me through of what the possible reasons were . And the gentleman I spoke with was right. Problem solved, concerns resolved. I would definitely stick using one travel from now on. Also they are the cheapest in the market. Never go straight to the airlines website or travel agencies. GO ONE TRAVEL. AND THEY KEEP ON ASKING THEIR CLIENTS FOR FEEDBACK TO BETTER THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN MORE.

WARNING!!! Booking with this company is a total ripoff. Tried calling the other day as airline changed our flight times and not a good change offered...charged me $200 US when I had already purchased the travel protection plan from them. Tried calling to get refunded the $200...everyone either put me on hold for over 1 hour or else hung up on me. Spent an entire morning trying to solve this issue and nothing. Extremely frustrated and will never use this company again!!!

This app is link to a dishonest business. The prices shown look cheaper than other reputable sight but be aware that of impossible requirements that will require you to cancel, than OneTravel will take your money in ways that should be deemed criminal...zero star from me..I do not recommend it to anyone not even my worst enenmy... OneTravel is a crooked app do not find out the hard and difficult way...

I have just had a terrible experience with your website/company. I was searching for a flight and found one i liked, i went through to give my information, selected to skip seat selection than entered more information. At this time i was not ready to purchase the flight but when i entered my paypal information to see the conversion between us and Canadian dollar the website charged me for the full flight amount. no review page or conformation. Would not refund me and charged me more fees.

The app is horrible. Everything loads slowly or not at all. Cannot chat with customer service because the whole page is completely blank and cannot interact with anything which means I cannot make any changes to my flight. I am removing this app ASAP!

Completely worthless app. Once your already in travel and outside of the country there is no way to contact one travel about the airline cancellations so your basically screwed and cabt do anything except go to the airport and have them fix the issues hopefully....

I booked 5 tickets few days ago 2 of them just vanished from my trips in the app thank god i have the email and a hard copy and they are telling me you can't confirm the booking with airlines and that the reference number is enough i don't have eticket with a barcode !!! can't check it with the airlines !!! IF YOU HAD MADE MY RESERVATION I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO CHECK IT WITH THE AIRLINES OR RECEIVE ETICKET WITH A BARCODE

Connot access my booking. Keeps showing a spinning circle. This app is only good for looking for flights and hotels. Do not tell me to contact your support this an issue you are aware of based previous feedback.

Great app. Always gives me options for the cheapest flights without me having to do anything... The one travel app also lets me rent cars, and book hotels easily. Has made my travel experiences stress free!

I use this company for every flight because you will find the cheapest rates. I fly for half the rate of other airlines with Onetravel. It can be frustrating If you are not exacting in your name or other data. you do have 24 hours to change something. If you will cry about not being able to cancel or change flights, this company is not for you.

The app is ok, but the company does not reward their loyal customers. In the past 8 years,I made more than 10 flights and all discount I got was up to $20. So, I'm looking for an alternative

The app works fine, but if you ever have to deal with the costumer service be prepared to be hung up on or just put on hold and forget list. After the last flight I took and dealing with costumer service I'm done with travel one

Ok so I dont have a problem with the app but company itself. Why ? Ans- because they sold me plane ticket from INDIA to CANADA with layover in China . I was stuck in China for one whole day because tickets time was not accurate. They didnt even reimbursed or give a new ticket and it has been more than a month now On top of this whenever I call up the company they reply # I am looking into the matter will get back to you soon.(from a month )

I used OneTravel for three long international flights in 2019, plus several domestic flights over the past few years. Never had a problem where they are concerned. Always very pleased.

horrible experience .. tried booking a flight for over 12 hours today .. found good prices for 2 travelers .. say the original price for the ticket is 450$ including 2 protection plans should equal 900$... but when booked it always comes back card declined .. when i check the booking the price doubled! and dont get me wrong this isnt my first time travelling , i do understand that prices do change but other ticket apps alert you if the price searched differs from the actual price at the moment

Love the app. Especially like the fact that as I travel around the world my booking from the app are charged from the USA so I never pay a foreign transaction fee. Syncs easily with web page

Very good experience with onetravel

me and my family are regular customers of onetravel. but the last ticket I bought, i had to change the ticket date and i have been calling them for 4 days now. they make me wait for 45-60 mints on avg but still my issue is not resolved yet. earlier i made month selection mistake. i corrected it the very next day but they charge me a full ticket change fee. my University is reopening in a 5 days and they are still asking me to wait , daily

my tickets i already bought 2 months ago and it cancelled this month which i supposed to packing for my vacation with my family ! very disapointing ! and now i have to wait the refund which seems never come ! as the ticket cancellation not from my part its their decision and the problem is from their part but they put me on hold to get my money back, this is totally lack of consistency ! if you cancel my ticket then give me my money back soon and stop ruining people vacation plans !!! 😖😤😤

I booked a great flight in May and leaving in July for PNW. looking at some great prices and good rates for rental cars also. I can't figure out how to get points for future bookings but I'll figure it out and let you know. Very easy to use, friendly website, thanks.

Absolutely Rubbish App. Booked me a flight from Islamabad to Sydney via Thai Airways. One day later I received an email that flight has been rescheduled from 2 Nov 2020 to 2 Dec 2020. I approached OneTravel helpline for a refund and was informed that I have to chase airline for a refund. I then asked if I can get $143.90 charged by OneTravel because they are not helping with refund and all I got was an apology. If you are apologetic refund my money!

Horrible and misleading when cancelling booking. i was told that a sepearate amount has to be given for cancellarion and they will return the full payment. i did that. but guess what they have deducted more as airlknes panalty and didnt refund service charge. how can you charge panalty of 800usd and then similar amount as airlines panalty?

If you want to waste your time and get stressed, then book a plane ticket with this horrible company. They will treat you like trash. All we wanted to do was reschedule a flight because the travel plans unexpectedly changed for us. Our family member got sick and we wanted to change the ticket, but OneTravel was horrible and inconsiderate. Too many random fees involved to change flight. A dubious & misleading company. Please stay away from them!!
