It's my 2nd day as a driver. I'd like it if could mark multiple "picked up" orders so it wouldn't show as on standby. So far the sequential part of it is cool because it's impossible to skip a dropoff until you delivered it. I like the instruction part for customers to fill. And dark theme mode makes it really easy to read the screen. However, i wish deliveries had a $5 minimum tip because we go through a lot of traffic. Overall it's a great gig if you understand how to do deliveries, & area.

My issue with the app is that after I sign in and I'm waiting for a task, it will be signed off. After I get a task sent to me, it keeps me signed on. And then today, my task history isn't showing up. The issue with it signing off, I am probably losing money cause I'm not getting a task.

I would give it 5, but lately they've made it so the app overrides the auto rotation setting from the phone itself. It's off on my phone, but the app will consistently and annoyingly rotate regardless. If you're going to do that, put a setting to turn it off inside the app, tired of fighting with it every shift and not being able to do anything about it, my phones too sensitive to just try to not let it happen in the first place. Otherwise the app is great, no other issues.

Works well, but with one exception: the conversion from Amsterdam addresses in it to Google Map (internal function of the app) is almost always a bit wrong... And sometimes A Lot! I work as a courier and I enter at least 20-30 addresses a day. What works best is if I just copy-paste the info to Google directly. Otherwise: no problems with the app so far.

I enjoy the app but dislike when its not allowing me to do my job like scan barcode i wish we could just take a picture. The Customer service is amazing I appreciate all they do. But no app is perfect but I do hope that it starts working better soon including my GPS. But it worked way better before the updates. And i keep cleaning the cache out.

Had this app for a few days after being added to the system to start receiving work, i would have the switch to online so i can receive it pretty much the entirety of the day and won't see a thing. Seems like a waste of time.

there is zero support. Im somewhat of a dev myself. I have very real input with solutions, I have reached out through every available option, email, support option through the app, official social media, I never get any type of response.... the only time k have gotten a response was when I posted a review along these same lines, not verbatim, and rated the app low. The response was can you email us about this if you already haven't? Well.... not only do you not read emails, reviews either

This app keeps getting worse and worse. 5 months ago I had ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. Then for some reason after whatever terrible updates they've added I can barely complete orders let alone have the app stay online. Yesterday an order got stuck on completing for over 70 minutes. Right now an order has been stuck on completing for over 15 minutes and there is absolutely nothing I can do. I am on wifi with a strong internet connection and it still won't complete.

Scammer. I've done deliveries but no payment to me. The system also very poor. Have to deal with staff thru WhatsApp, and then with apps. I just wasted my time, fuel, energy, and NO SALARY! please do not download this apps and become their rider. I will do police report on this apps. Scammer!

I truly enjoy the app as a professional driver with nearly 20 years of experience. I can make some minor changes that can help profoundly. However onfleet is the best by far.

I'm a delivery coordinator and this app being mandatory and having no ability for trouble shooting has become an issue. The calling of receiving parties does not work and since September it has stopped notifying the customer when the order is on the way or close. Seeing some updates would make me change my review...

I give 3 stars because app is very good but i can not surely said how many orders i am done and also i cannot seen the COD(cash on delivery) i don't know how many order's for COD i m done when i pay COD i don't know hoe many they said we need to pay please cheak do work for it. The Google maps integration isn't perfect - it often doesn't get the address completely right even if it's been entered accurately in the Onfleet app.

Not super intuitive - takes some getting used to. And just when your app was starting to "click" for me, this most recent update has a major glitch: when backing out to the map after finishing a task, it gives you the global view. This really stinks! An extra few seconds on each stop really adds up, and will negativity impact the efficiency and overall productivity of our fleet. Hope there's a fix in the works!

The app is great and very simple to use. Everything is easily accessable and fast. The one suggestion I think would make it optimal for me is: when picking up 2 orders at once, it would be very helpful if I could select which order to deliver first. Sometimes the first order has no perishable items, while the second order will contain ice, milk, etc. However, the app mandates that I begin delivering the first order. Thank you for making this app so simple and fast! A+!

Super glitchy. Every time I open it, or have an order or hit back to see all my orders it zooms all the way out and shows Asia/Africa. Even after I fully compltete a task I keep getting ding to "Finsih task before leaving area" which I have. I do slide to complete, they sign, I hit the check mark. Even when I complete a task when a new task is given, it auto brings up someones past order and I keep having to hit back. Even though it says complete. Very annoying. There are a lot more issues.

Good experience using this app so far mostly. Very user friendly and much easier to route yourself compared to Bringos. Only complaint I have is that once you start a delivery you can't back out of it and your locked in. If you accidentally navigate the only way is to call your manage and have them unassign the task and reassign it, unless you click fail task and they reassign it. Atleast to my knowledge I may be wrong but I'm not sure of another way. Overall a very user friendly driving app.

On top of it not having a reliable connection to the app itself I find it and I've talked to some of my other coworkers who still have an updated who are having no issues whatsoever but with the few who have are experiencing the same problem. Problems with starting tasks and actually having the app start to task uploading photos it Bug's and it doesn't even capture it at times making you waste more time and we all know time is money. Not only that what's with the app draining so much battery I I had my Wi-Fi Bluetooth disabled and I have my battery saver enabled within the first two hours of my route I was already at 17% ( with a good phone g7 thin q) if you have an updated good don't so much more hassle with the updated version
