Onion Search Browser | Dark Web

Great idea love what they stand for but just doesn't work. Tried it on different phones with and without vpn. It load the search box brings up the results and doesn't go any further. Freezes everytime. A little blue bar comes in from the left and just never moves. Installed and uninstalled 3 times at different points just useless. What a shame great look great feel but just doesn't work😑.

Excellent. It has got a lot of improvements -- especially in regard to loading times -- from when I had been trying to use it for the last time. Maybe it's the app -- or maybe whole Onion\Tor project is getting more and more advanced -- one of the results mentioned -- loading times -- now trying to browse the DN or search for it secrets -- can be quite enjoyable. I remember the Onion.Tor times when You had to try 20 links with site's mirrors -- and every link took min. few minutes to load ...

it's good so far. ain't been on it an hour yet and didn't have the option to ask me later. after a full review I will fix my rating accordingly... This was really disappointing. Never went to a direct site doesn't follow specified tags in search. And I get four or five links in and it tells me page not available. So I try going back to the home page and same message. Have to exit app and re enter to get it to recognize my data connection. And if you pick the option to bridge it times out

I'm giving it 4 stars for the moment as I've experienced no real issues of any kind. It seems to be working with my paid vpn service quite well, and the search engine is decent so far. After i have time to fully test it and see how the privacy features work, the rating may change

The app is not that bad it does take time to learn. My only issue is after my s10 plus updated to android 10 the app is no longer compatible with my phone and it crashes immediately upon start up. Other than that it's a great app for quick surfing the DW.

How exactly is something that basically requires full access to your data supposed to keep it secure, one might ask?? Read the fine print my friends. Don't run with it just because it says "ONION". .. Tricky, tricky...

Was way to slow but maybe my service had to do something with it ,and the fact that it kept stopping my browsing altho for a good purpose yet still annoying lol,but other then that it would be a very exciting journey to a new discovery that would be very educational a side that needs to be observed and study just as our basic subjects

The app is pretty good and useful. I appreciate it. Although I have noticed that it has been crashing at start on my OnePlus 7 since it got Android 10 update. Any clue when that might be fixed?

Really quite extrodinary what you will find when you explore this gem! I use a paid VPN that makes my experience that much more secure and my time browsing relaxed and confident with no lag just enough to know its keeping my searches and my data private and safe! Its still great

Does not work. Images and videos never load on all 3 of my devices. If its because of my service provider blocked the images then that means the app is useless to millions of people on my network and that means the app is junk and dont work. .

Based on my experience, at first usage, it work as fine but as soon I used it again, I need to clear the data to access it again, not sure if my wifi problem or what yet this one is a good alternative to Onion Routing since I can't access with my old method. Thumbs up and do some proxies on ZeroNet if you can,that will help a lot as well.

Doesn't have a reason to exist This app is supposed to be a private web browser to Tor Network services, however the app has privacy issues and most of all it doesn't even make sense when we have the actual Tor Browser right here on Google Play. I would also like to say that the logo of this app is trademarked by Blizzard entertainment and I'm certain that they don't have the rights to use it

The concept alone is worthy of positive recognition, also with it's well explained & user friendly format this App has to be rated above 4. So it's 4.5 from me as there's always room for improvement no matter what the subject. Actual freedom in using something as vital as the World Wide Web has to be encouraged at every opportunity.

You can go places but you can't download any images. Plus. You have an ad that's constantly bugging the page. Fix this and get more stars. Thanks

Idea is super cool but it is difficult to use for me or I likely don't understand it well enough. Love people trying to innovate. 5 stars because I just started learning how to do TOR correctly on phone, I'll figure this out too.

Works only if I'm not connected to Tor. Kinda defeats the purpose. Haven't found a reliable mobile Tor browser yet. And the search continues.

Can't download webm, or mp4. What's the point of this browser if we can't do anything? At least update the app, and add an option in the settings to allow downloads.

Excellent only it doesnt show images when you search for some image the images dont appire at all.and the search you required and the image info that appier it doesnt match at all.for eg.if I search for car image its doesnt appier or the result is another thing .beside this thing the app is execellent I like it.

Ok so let's me access darkweb but doesn't open any links videos or any other website content .. keeps saying error ?????after a while maybe I'll be able to access a websites open a link or view content... am I doing something wrong? What should I do a? It I'm connected 100% through TOR then I should be able to view have access to any links websites right ?

Yeah, it's pretty crappy. I clicked on several links. All of them said webpage unavailable. Seems pretty useless if you ask me. :/ Wouldn't invest my time into this.

Awful this app has instant connection to child exploitation. I was looking for dresses and the first link I tapped was Y'know. I cant believe that it's so easy to get to, I know the app says they aren't responsible but they should at least regulate what's so highly available.
