My reservation is for 2/22/20 at Sandos Playacar. Just downloaded the app to be able to check in and i cannot bc I get this message: edit all names that need to be edited. All names are correct but I don't see a button to continue or bypass this section in order to check in. Very frustrating.
Wrong dates associated with booking number, but correct dates on the website and Sandos4u. App crashes when trying to scan IDs. Not worth the headache. Would be a great way to save time at reception, if it worked properly.
Broken. Does not work. Attempted to log in, when trying to select the hotel, getting a "not connected" error
the booking code os confusing. even the front desk was not able to help with it. could not login.
Continue button is not visible so app is unusable since I can't get past the "login screen".
Always crashes after I click scan for check in so absolutely useless.

Crashes on ID scan
The app doesn't work at all. Doesn't accept the check in ID I was initially given, doesn't allow me to edit names of my family, doesn't scan photo ID and app goes back to start screen when I try. A total waste of my time.
