🇺🇲 I gave it 1 star just because foreigners are not familiar with your language, but you strongly insist that your applications be in Turkish. All countries have multilingual programs, but I feel sorry for Turkey, which forces everyone to buy a SIM card whose operator is unable to provide English. I'm so sorry for you
No English option available, that way I don't know what's happening. Soon going to change for better carrier who can at least provide English as a language. It doesn't take a day to get this option done, not sure until today this basic things are not taken care, very much surprised
It is not showing correctly the left data. It showed 3GB and at the same time received sms the data is over!!! Must be updating like once a day???
Very useful and smooth it's only problem is that it doesn't offer a language other than Turkish if they could update this part it would be super
They try to rip you off in multiple ways, their packages went from a month to now being 28 days! It's the only app in Turkey that doesn't include tax on what you buy and you have to pay it separately, we're not in the US ffs this is ridiculous, before they didn't have an option of paying less than 40tl so that you would be forced to pay an extra 40 that would go to waste because of this trick!! Disgusting corporate scamming behavior!
UI isn't that smooth, No english Supported, You can't change your personal info, But other than this everything is good
No option for English language. As a tourist having to buy a local sim card because roaming doesn't work is already an annoying thing. If there is no way to check your phone credit in a language you understand it becomes a mess just staying here. BAD.
Every year 14 millions tourists from around the world come to Turkey and no "Change Language" option in your app. What a joke!
Needs have an option for it to be in English. Being the one of the biggest providers in turkey, I'm surprised it does not.
Transitions between internet, mobile and home phone uses a non-descript button in the lower right hand corner. Not the best and intuitive usability design for a mobile app, generally speaking. Credit card payment API often hangs, which makes the app unresponsive.
Good app, organised But u have to translate using Google and screen shots from the app Cause it has no option to view it in English ! Must add English and Arabic for tourists and foreign people, not all of your customers are Turkish People and turkish is not an easy one to learn 😑 Overall good network and fast Internet, Only language is a problem, Thank u :)

the user interface is kinda bad, you have to spend hours just to find how to cancel your subscriptions and stuff like that. overall, not a horrible experience.

Excellent app, good information on charges and available packages but it would be nice if it had an English version to make it a little easier.
Please add more languages, Like English and Arabic. A huge company like Türk Telekom should be able to do it.
Very good app, easy to use, and no ads. It gives you prize ( Hediye) every week :) I don't know if the app supports English language, I am using it in Turkish language.
Doesn't have English language. Even if it has, it's hard to find it.
Consumer Beware! Impossible to view and cancel different bundles you've subscribed to. Once the data is used up, it'll disappear from the app, but recurring charges will continue. The worst part is that the app will fail to make a connection for the payment and prompt re-entry for the code. You will find out you were charged 3x for the same amount within minutes. You will not see any notification or evidence of it in this buggy app but the bank statement will shock you!
Every time you think you got things figured, they raise prices and charge you for ridiculous things — even things that used to be free!
it doesn't work exactly when you are going to check your balance. it doesn't show on time. for example when you check you will see you have 800MB after 2 or 3 hours you also didn't use any internet. but when you check it again it shows that you have 500MB. there is two option. the application capacity is very poor that it doesn't work on time. or maybe they steal. If the problem with the application please fix it and Provide us transparent information.
Can't get a password to log in. After sending SIFRE to 9520 it replies "try again later". Problem persists since 2020 (I saw discussion on some forums). The app has not English language. If you don't speak turkish you will need a second phone with Google.Translate to understand it.
Türk Telekom is the undoubtedly the biggest network in Turkey. Services are also good, however, their app is only in Türkçe language which is a problem for foreigners.
The website is all in Turkish. For foreigners who do not speak the language this is totally unhelpful. Site owners are losing potential customers and sizable profits because of this.
It is a really great service app.I love the sil süpür and the other options for me.
The main source of Turkey income comes from TOURISTS!! And yet this App is in Turkish only!

Probably the biggest Telecommunications syndicate in Turkey, and it doesn't even have an option to use it in the English language... Terrible experience, do not recommend.
