Online Payroll For Employers

It worked well for paying employees, but I'm unable to pay contractors through the app. Also, within the last two weeks, it stopped opening on my phone any longer, it simply hangs at the loading icon screen and crashes back to my home screen

App has been crashing for 2 weeks, please fix! It opens to the loading screen then instantly crashes and closes.

Crashes instantly now when I try to open. It worked fine until the last week or 2.

This has been nothing but a nightmare for us. My employees & contractors roles are switched and they are archived randomly or doubled. We have 10 users. The "system support" on the log shows 50 names archived since March 1st!! Fed up! Too many hours on the phone with support to have ZERO results!

Awful!!! If I could rate it negative I would!! First it stopped showing my payroll information, now it keeps force closing! It won't even allow me to log in to see my check stubs! This is the worst payroll software ever! Please work on getting it to be functional...

Edit: it works mow. Thank you developers. This makes it a lot easier to pay emplyees on the go. However i do suggest you make it so we can add new employees, and get tax amount due from the app. Well it worked last month, and now it doesn't. Keeps crashing instantly when I open it

The app does not function. When I log in, it gives me a pop-up of fetching your company data and and a few seconds after it takes me to a new page which seems to be a the logged in page with a new pop-up which says your session is no longer active. And asks me sign in again. And then this ia repeated. I had the exact same problem before the last upgrade as well. I put in details for my review so their team can review it.

Still getting same error message. Please help! I keep getting an error message that my session has ended. I have uninstalled several times and I am not signed on in any other devices. I also spent several hours on a chat conversation with help for them to tell me that I would get an email I never received. This is extremely inconvenient and has not happened until now.

Update (7/15/20): App runs so much better, hasn't crashed on me, and running payroll takes less than two minutes. That's the kind of progress I love to see! Original Comment: Crashes nearly everytime I use it (logs me out saying the session expired immediately after signing in). Rather unusable.

App works well and love that it was finally changed where I can create the invoice and email it from the same screen. Much easier. Thank you for the fast response with a resolution to the screen shot issue also. That was an easy fix. I appreciate the continued improvements to this app.

I've had nothing but problems using quickbooks payroll. I've even endured a $100 fee just because they had an issue transferring money from my business checking account. I still can't use my account now because the fraud center claimed my account is at high risk. So I've not only paid for a subscription on something I can't even use now, I've incurred the $100 fee plus what they covered for payroll. I've talked to them through chat, email, and calls 6 times now and it still isn't resolved.

Can't access the app after payung the subscription! I keep getting the "it looks like you're not authorized to access payroll" and redirect me to the website, which works fine. I only subscribed because of the convenience of using the app and that's not working! I emailed support last week and haven't heard anything back! Very unprofessional and awfully bad customer service!

I don't know a better way to do my payroll. Quickbooks makes it incredibly easy. It literally takes me 1 minute per person to check their time cards (I use another app for that), and then less than 1 minute more to enter the hours and run payroll. The efficiency, and relief that it's taken care of, is so worth it!

I keep getting the same error on my phone that my session has ended. The Android version of this app has not function smoothly since I been using it for years. The iOS version works fine from my iPad, but the Android version right now is unusable.

This app and program is terrible. It would be great if it actually worked. It never lets me log in, the set up of accounts never works, I call customer service all the time because nothing works. Also it is hard to understand all the call center employees.

so I was going to see if there was just an issue with my accout on here but in the comments it seems everyone is having issues with the "fetching company data" and every time theres a reply its "were so sorry for the trouble please send user I'd to some place. why not fix the issue with your app. it's not multiple accounts with all different phones. galaxy s9 btw. It honestly had never been an intermittent issue and still isn't fixed. I guess it takes months to fix. Do you need more money?

Makes doing payroll for my small company super easy and super fast! And it is very affordable. The app walks you through all the steps to set up payroll for employees and independent contractors. You can set up paychecks to be direct deposited or print paper checks. It also helps you prepare and file payroll tax forms. Everything is so easy! I started using the app on a Tuesday and on Friday my girls got their checks by direct deposit. The app also allows employees to access check stubs online.

Easy to use on the run! Not tied to desktop to process payroll.

Absolute garbage! Purchased a subscription, and now cannot login to do payroll because I dont have permission to do payroll. Need help? Good luck with the maze of automation that provides no answers. Of course, it's easy to find a phone number for someone to sell you this garbage product, but no support with it. I'd be ashamed to sell a product of this poor quality.

I tried continually to subscribe and as soon as I click that option, the screen goes blank. Its very frustrating because I really heard good things about app, but I cant use it.

Keep the app running on older android versions please
