Not User Friendly Whenever we check out from the cart it doesn't allow you to perform the action. I don't know if they have blocked this action from backend due to the Covid pandemic. It might be an easy way for them to avoid overwhelming orders from customers due to lockdown but it's not appropriate. It's better to list down as items unavailable or out of stock when the whole list populates. Weird..

Thou not new but exclusive idea @least when it comes 2 healthcare apps on 1 platform. UI appealing. Features r good. Pls do more columns or rather do away with d half-hearted immunity booster, saving space. A bit more extra lagging than when we're directly into d said apps, log in problems. We've to always log into again if we ought to come again. Requires to resolve all d tech issues.ll

MediPharm is Excellent app! very easy to use... l got great discounts on my medicine order...Pretty quick delivery as well.... but, customer service needs to be improved. Anyway I am setisfied using thus app... a lots of products are available here which makes me happy... got my order from Zoylo... best services

I've been using MediPharm app for quite a long time. And i really liked their services when compared with other medical apps. The services and offera they provide also very good. Can call to their customer services any time and they are always been very polite and healpful. One of the best app from what I've tried. Worst experience. I downloaded the app and tried to place an order via presciption upload.The upload is not working. Getting an error, cannot open file uploader.Again called the call centre to place an order online.the promo code is not valid as per the response given by call centre guy. At least test the application before launching.

In fact zero star, particularly for the heedless app developing team. Upon downloaded, it absolutely goes nowhere, as if, just the MediPharm wallpaper! Such irksome experience!!

Worst experience, ordered multiple times and they accept order with payment. And cancel it many times. Order and payment should only be taken if there is item in stock. Don't fool customers by unnecessary holding order and then cancelling later.

Hi, I request you to introduce a tab where we can search for any medicine & can compare the prices offered by various associated apps (pharmeasy, 1mg, medlife, etc.) . In that way it will be easier for customers to purchase medicines based on their budget. Thanks.

Medlife Stealing money.Partial order delivered, without refund.I had made full payment online for my order.But I have received only 1type of medicine. Also the order has been updated as if i had ordered only 1 medicine. I have not received any intimation of other products not being available or any refund is initiated against those products. I am not even able to connect to the customer care to enquire about this issue and no reply to email.Just lost money.Better to buy from medical store.

Couldn't place order,after finishing selecting medicines,whenever I tried to place order it wasn't getting placed and shows up as in process.did not expected this.Disappointed.

Worst experience. They always do unwanted calls for no reason. Strongly disappointed with this app. They call 5-6 per day for no reason.
