Paid for shipping. Now I am asked to pay for import, tax and custom service in order to receive the goods. This was not mentioned as shipping cost was all covered. I find this a SCAM. Now it will cost me way more for your products when the price was already a high one. I will make sure I will spread the word and that I will never ever purchase from you. Mirraw business is not honest. I just wished I checked these negative reviews about you before ordering from your website.

I bought earings from this app, which were hardly just of 2inches, I paid $38 for that, which checked in other app later, were of just $4. I wasted my money on such a small earings. I bought lots of Indian earings later from Shien app, were amazing, and cost effective as well.

The product shown in add is difficult to find on app.when we click on it it should go directly on that product like other apps

The worst shopping experience ever! I have ordered goods worth a lot of money on Feb 14 which had offers n till date no clue what happened about the order. All I know it has been dispatched!

I have ordered an item and it is not delivered to me still showing delivered in application.

Purchased a few outfits and got them last week. Appalling, the stitching it awful. One if the outfits is broken, with stitching falling apart. Terrible quality of clothing and now that I'm trying to return them, the website and app doesn't allow me to login and asked me to confirm my email address, surely this should be done once I've registered not when I'm trying to return something. Never again, can't trust sites like this.

Poor stitching with size issues. I tried returning items due to size issues, the app didn't allow me as the status of the items were never updated as delivered. Now it is saying the return window is expired. Such a silly tactic to cheat. The customer care is always busy and hangs up. Rethink if you want to order.

Really disappointed. My mom ordered a saree and it came with a different color and quality is not that great. Tried returning the product but im not able to as the app always says "Something went wrong and try again". This has been happening from past 3 days. I called customer service even they're facing technical issues apparently. So, now I've no clue who's going to help me out. It was a bad user experience.

I tried reaching them to cancel the order but there is no way to cancel the order once it confirmed. I will not recommend this app to anyone. I really get frustrated with this service. I returned all the items as per the order to the seller by spending extra Rs. 680. I never seen this much frustrating experience with other sites. I would like to know when my refund would be processed as it's already reaching more than 20days that I returned the items.

One of the worst app experience. ordered a gold coloured necklace set but it turned out to be more copperish. Arranged a return but app used to auto logout whenever tried to refund cash back to account and had to select credit instead. Somehow found another item to order using those credits which clearly said free delivery above 500 but charged 30 40 delivery charge again.

I don't usually purchase dresses online but this app was very easy to use and the descriptions of the items especially the sizes are accurate. I was surprised to receive the items in less than three weeks. The customer service representatives are easy to work with and they respond to inquiries quickly. One of the items I had initially ordered was out of stock and I was able to replace it without any problems. The representative Nitesh helped me with my order and he was thorough in his responses.

Hi... The products in the app looks good and also reasonable price. But I am disappointed with the service. I had ordered a pair of bangles and I have received wrong product. I dint find exchange option rather there is return option.

This is the worst app I ever came across. They are highly incompetent and useless people. I ordered in December 2021 the product i received was damaged and defective. Since then it has been more than 50 days and I haven't received my refund and whenever I call I always get one answer "It will be refunded in 2-3 days". Above that they are not even refunding the delivery charge so I assume they are building revenue by not refunding the complete amount to the customers.

The site has beautiful designs in jewellery in all varieties ; not seen other products. But there are downfalls -Site gives photo of only jewellery, instead if a model is wearing it, gives a better idea. Some of them have only 1 photo -once u order the details are not seen if u have ordered more than 1 item -for return one has to email which is very cumbersome, instead direct return button must be provided -return to be done in 48 hrs which can be tough sometimes -the packaging can be better

Very bad quality of the product. I ordered suit salwar material and the Color and design doesn't match the images in the app and quality is awful too. Tried to return the material but I will have to ship it and they don't pickup returns so I am stuck with awful materials. Never using this app again.

I have ordered few times from this website and the product comes same as shown. Also the fabric and quality of the product is great. For precaution, do not machine wash as it might spoil the fabric quality. One problem with this is the delay in delivery. Otherwise it's a value for money 💕💕

Literally fed up of this app. I made a replace request (As I ordered for a black dress and received blue one) which was unavailable, so they suggested me to return and reorder. I got the money back in my wallet but can't reorder from it. Now I want those money in my account . But cant contact mirraw, they do not pick up the call. Also fed up of reordering my order for more than 27 times.

Pathetic buying and support experience. Very delayed shipping than promised, bought 3 items only 2 delivered that too late. For 3rd says delivery held as no one was home notification which is totally wrong. When you try to cancel order it says past return date, for something not delivered at all. Never ever had such bad exp with any other site till date.

Beware return process. My return is picked up at 2nd Sept and they are yet to initiate refund. If you mail them they will schedule new pick up for each mail. Till now I got 7 reschedules for pick up and counting , even each times I have reminded, I have already returned the goods at 2nd Sept. So if you are buying anything from this shopping app then keep the goods even it's small, big or ugly . Otherwise you lose both goods and money like me.

Very bad experience. Worst quality product. Wanted to return the product but the return option provided in their app does not work and says that sign up not done although it has been done by me. Totally disappointed and pathetic experience. Never expected this to happen in an app from playstore.

I loved their designs absolutely. They delivered those on time. I had only one complaint their return policy is quite cumbersome. Couldn't return one pair of bangles which I didn't like much. Otherwise overall it was a good experience shopping with them.

I had a really bad experience with Mirraw shopping online. I bought the item from Singapore. But they lied to me saying the item is defective and the last piece. The same item was still listed on the website but for a higher price. Their sales tactics and customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend you to buy from them.
