IPTV Support Watch TVTV and Kuki

Supported keys:
- change the selected channel by 1 position: down, up, R1, L1, W, S
- change the selected channel by 10 positions: left, right, PageUp, PageDown, A, D arrows
- start the selected channel: OK, Enter, space, Play / Pause, R2
- channel start according to number: 0..9
- refresh of loaded channels: F5, Delete
- details of currently running program: Guide, Info, L2, I, G
