"You do not have a network connection" error is still constantly happening. When the app works it's fine. I'm a big fan of TVFCU and I really want to see this app succeed. It works at home about 10% of the time and never when not on my home wifi. I have no idea why.
Since the revamp a week ago, It feels is if the credit union that I've been with for over 30 years has taken a giant step backwards. And after several feedback attempts was only told that maybe next year they'll correct some of the flaws. You can no longer open the check that you wrote to see the front and back side. You can no longer place a memo - in the category you are transferring to or from. No more pending distributions will be shown prior to the drop. Such is social security checks.
It crashes a lot and doesn't have easy to use controls. The login glitches constantly and I just don't like the user interface. It's not inviting and had a ugly layout. Functionality is ok, it does the task most of the time.
The app needs to be fixed, it's not even opening up at all. There is no way to know what I have in my account since the app won't open up, you should make it to where we can text and receive our account info. How do you release an update to the app and now it doesn't open at all, clearing the app cache doesn't work. Using a Galaxy S7 Edge
I really like the app, it's simple to use and gets to the point, but the recent update is weird, I can't tell where my charges are from and now I have a bunch of charges on my account for $0.00 and the only thing for the description is "withdrawal consumer debt" or "comment %%" and then tells me the last 4 digits of my card number. I honestly dislike this update. The bank is good though.
Good. Sometimes your improvements take a step backward like changes in bill pay. It's confusing how to change a payment. It's not as easy as before the update. Now I am forced to use my laptop to make changes in bill pay whereas before, it was quickly done in my mobile app.
While it's nice to have security features like text verification, I dislike that they use it once a week. They stated that this was going to be a one time verification at an upgrade of some sort but has continued. It's a bit of nuisance at this point.
After the updates last week, the app just keeps crashing upon opening. Something about the app violating security policies. I recently moved to a city without a TVFCU branch, so if this issue continues, I'm going to have to change banks. Please fix it.
It's broken. Auto updated, now it's just a white screen that locks up my phone. Been with TVFCU for 2 decades... I don't see myself sticking around if they don't fix some things and start paying out better rates.
The app quit working last week and still can't get it to work today. Called and was advised to uninstall and reinstall but still nothing. Was told I can use the online banking page my laptop. Not sure what the problem is but it needs to be fixed asap! How am I supposed to deposit a check on my laptop? Can't drive to bank due to knee surgery. Very unprofessional.
Usually works. Sometimes on the fritz-- maybe twice a year. Overall, serves its function well and is well optimized for security and ease of use.
It keeps crashing!!! I haven't been able to open the app in over a week. This needs to be fixed immediately. I have uninstalled several and just no luck.
Great app easy to use. Love the update. All the information about the policy and agreements had me a little concerned at first when I was reading and saw a clause in there about Google maps
I personally hate the newest update - Samsung device - if you "updated" it.. change it back. Payment description labels - all say "withdrawal.. blah blah" before shop name.. not distinguished reading anymore. (The plus or minus price tag tells me it's a withdrawal) I no longer see pending paychecks. It's the overall just why???
Not a bad app. The only problem I have is every time it updates it logs me out and won't let me log in with fingerprint. It says it has been disabled in settings
Normally 5 stars from me. But the app has started crashing upon opening it. Says it violates a security rule. The app is currently unusable. I'm happy to adjust my rating once this is fixed.
App works fine with my Galaxy Note8. Just got a S22 Ultra now app wont even load just a little icon on the screen. Im going to close my account if they cant fix this problem. They finally fixed the app!!! Works great now.
I love banking with tvfcu, but their app is just the worst. 2fa doesn't work, and now it's required, so I can't use the app at all. I know they don't have the kind of dev team that like BoA would have, so I can't judge them for that, but yeah, terrible app, made worst by the fact that their online24 website interface is down for maintenance 23 hours a day.
This app worked great on my Samsung Galaxy S9+, but I just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and now the app won't even open. It crashes during the loading so I can't even sign in. So now it's completely useless.
You're forced to update the app to use it and then nothing but a blank screen. I wouldn't have thought this bank could have come up with something that works worse than their drive up atms. Congratulations on claiming the top prize in the lame category.
The app constantly crashes immediately upon opening or freezes up showing nothing but the TVFCU logo and you have to constantly force stop and reopen app until it eventually opens worst banking app I've ever used
Cannot connect with the Mobile app network. Have contacted the Bank as well as others, and this service is not compatible with my phone. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Won't open half the time unless I click on the icon about 5 + times. It used to work great until they updated it.
After the whole upgrade they did it had withdrawn money out of my savings for no reason and I have been with them for years now. I'm disappointed in them with the upgrade
The update is glitchy however it seems to be working better as time progress. Also need to support zelle.
Changing my review down to 2 stars. Can't access info half the time. App always says info not available. Closing and updating is useless. These days you really have to watch your bank account!
I have issues with every update. Since the last update I can't open the app anymore, it's just a blank screen.
Been using this app for a few years now without an issue. I've been trying to log on for over a week and it's not responding. Please fix it!!
It seems that the app is inaccessible while using Mobile Data. I see nothing but a pop-up indicating that I have no network connectivity eventhough I (at the time of my writing this) have full 5G coverage. Apparently the app only works via WIFI (for me). It'd be nice if this issue could be resolved.
