It was my first order with you and my cake was not delivered on time,i am trying to call you from last 1 hr, and after 1 min its got auto disconnect that the number you are trying to call is switched off. Chat support not available very bad exp..
This is just a scam. I ordered a cake. They never delivered. They aren't refunding the money. I tried mailing them multiple times. The number given isn't even connecting.
Poor payment method. No cancellation option in app. Cancellation via mail only. 20% of payment cost will be deducted on cancellation. Worst app on playstore.

Standard and quality is so bad, I suggest not to buy anything from onlinedelivery, it has bad quality cake and flowers and bad delivery, never reach in time.

Such a worst service. I ordered the cake yesterday, they detected money from the account after that I haven't heard back anything. Tried to call customer support multiple times, raised multiple tickets also sent an email. Nothing they responded. It is completely rediculous. Never ever order something from this website. They can't satisfy customer apparently.
