Crashes on stock Android on Pixel 2 after last update if the app. This bug was fixed and now this app has to be started manually on each connection. Seems like the time of the customer is valued
Dear Telekom DE. Not a single App you put out in DE actually works. It's OK just stop trying and leave it up to your US counterpart. T Mobil US seams to get the job done. I've been a customer on both sides of the pond. What the Parent company delivers to its Native customers in coverage, service and overall capabilities is sad.
It is totally unreliable, disconnects occasionally and quite often is not responsive. Beside that the app is well designed.
Crashes after 3 seconds while looking at the available networks in my surrounding. Samsung S6. Fresh install, cache cleared, rebooted, etc. I am unable to use a service I pay for in my contract. What now?
It started to establish VPN on my private WiFi encrypted with WPA2/3. According to the setting's description, it should only activate VPN automatically on unencrypted connections as well as T-Com hotspot connections.
Didn't expect such a useless and bad service from Telekom. If you don't have a Telekom email you cannot use this app with your HotSpotPass credentials.
Sadly, as soon as I am travelling outside of Germany it is just a Pain in the A**. Have to re validate every other day, but that only works on cellular?? Sorry not in 2019!! Not doing what it is supposed to do! So, Thank you but no Thank you.
It's constantly logged off and asking for username/pass. It doesnt even accept the correct credentials!
Absolutely awful... you pay money and it doesn't even work and they won't even help you either.. they just stop replying and don't bother helping.. worst customer service ever!
Frequently (several times a day) posts a loud notification to re-login. Each time, the login succeeds, once the app is opened.
Super convenient and easy to use. Made my life easier when moving outside.
Doesn't work with dual sim phones properly, even when both are Telekom Sims and one has HotSpot flat. To be deleted
It was working well until a week ago. Now it opens for 3 seconds and crashes. How lovely.
Needs VPN access to fuction. Since the VPN is already in use and im not willing to deactivate, the app is useless to me.
Cannot decide manually, which net to use. Why?? Uses LTE data while not necessary. App has been uninstalled. Prehistoric coding.
It does not show the info correctly. I cannot see the histoy of consumption of data plan! Is not diplayed.
BATTERY D-R-A-I-N...uses 40+ percent while in background only. Otherwise useful.
How about if u actually enable users to access the app instead of only displaying a meaningless intro text.
The app no longer shows my remaining Data. Uncool. Everything else seems to work.
It disconnects my WiFi from time to time for a short period of time!!! Please help with that!

It's quite easy to use and as we knew that T-mobile is expensive but pretty handy with Network coverages!!!
Real review here. Since I deleted this app, my wifi is stronger now. I dont have stupid notifications from this app(which are turned of in the app) I really dont know why you should install this. Waste of time
The app crashes and removes all the data almost evertime i try to use.
I have an account for the hotspot access and cannot login on this app. I got the app because I keep getting logged out of the hotspot and sometimes can't log back in. It is a very nad service. You require either a sim card or email account from the company to use the app. Completely useless.
