OnlinePizza food delivery app

Love the app and its simplicity in general, the only minus that keeps my rating from reaching 5 out of 5 stars is the simple fact that the estimated arrival time is extremely uncertain. Sometimes it's perfect and exactly on point, but too often my order just seems to disappear and takes an eternity to deliver. I would appreciate it a lot if the estimated waiting time was more exact, I don't mind waiting an extra few minutes but when it exceeds 30+ minutes I give up. Love the company, keep going!

Really useful app . Maybe add in the future option for restaurants to add a picture of the food on the menu. That is of course if that feature is not already there and restaurants are not utilizing it.

Haven't gotten compensated for the times I've reported various mistakes by restaurants, or reconnection regarding it. But the app works as it should (even if the drivers many times are both unable to speak/understand either Swedish or English. The delivery is many times not cheap, and foodora most probably takes a hefty amount from the restaurants for the sales - so one could expect things to get fixed. Without these downweighing flaws it would've gotten a 4.

Kinda pricy. Always missleading on timing and slightly stressful. I would recomend just getting the food yourself or making your own, although I can see a use in this application when you're busy and getting food for more than one person, therefore making it more worth the expense and hassle.

Extremely bad delivery service. Should have a rating for each delivery guy as well. Despite charging for delivery, all of them ask you to come out to fetch the packet. If I was able to go out in the cold, in middle of work & all, I'd rather sit in the restaurant and eat. Disappointed!

The rating system is terrible. New resturants pop up with a good score and terrible food. Stop propping up terrible resturants with coupons, find a way to put better demand on the food because i rather pay 300kr (SEK) for good food than 200kr for food that end up in the trash. Resturants are working the foodora system to a terrible degree and i just had it with this app when I can't tell the good resturants apart from the bad.

0 stars if I could. The app straight up lying. It gave me a "deal" that would make my food 8$ less if i ordered for a certain amount. I did it and noticed they added a 8$ fee for delivery. On a restaurant that has free delivery with the amount i ordered. So i asked my friend for his phone, did the same order without this "deal". It came out to the exact same price since now the delivery fee was free as it should've been before as well. So blantantly lying to you customers. Really disappointing.

What a joke this app is! The delivery time estimation it gives is literally a joke! It has been saying (less than five minutes) for the last 20 minutes! More than an hour for a pizza from 10 minutes drive away lol. Terrible in many ways!

My experience with it has been pretty good. Some updates will fudge stuff up and show stores closed. But overall its a fine experience

It's fantastic when the delivery is on time. Sadly, often it's delayed for more than half an hour. Before you order, expected delivery time 20 minutes. Order received - bump it up to 90 instantly! How? Why lie in the first place?

The app is fine. However if you get into any form of trouble you won't even get reimbursed for the meal, you will get maybe half value, which you need to use within 30 days, and an "we are sorry". Last two orders have been trouble. 1 was cancelled after 1 hour of waiting for the food, and the second one was cold. If I har any other option I would not order with them again, will try and always buy directly from source.

Had an overall pleasant experience. Thankful that this app exists as it has proven quite convenient. My sole complaint is that when filtering to different sections of dishes it sometimes stutters and flickers back to the top repeatedly. Perhaps something to look into?

Works ok with good choice but high prices and occasional errors and some useless deliverers. Not all restaurants deliver to the door despite advertisement. Some really should not be working with this - never good to abide your cudtomers. After a period of a fundamentally broken app it's now fixed, so revised up to 3 again.

It worked flawlessly before. But now I get a message asking me to update to the latest version yet it links me to the Apple store app. On the Google app Store, the app is installed with the latest version. Cool. I can't order. Good job guys. I guess I order my pizza with another app.

Doesn't work. Clicking the link in reset password doesn't do anything and I cannot create a new account because my number is tied to the old one. Had to use a competitor because foodora simple doesn't work.

I had an old review complaining about minimum requirement not showing up and it got fixed some time ago. Whether my review cause it or not, I appreciate it. I added 1 star for that but for 5 stars I would appreciate if it would show delivery costs beorehand as well.

Support is very slow to respond. It would be nice to have a link to share updates for an active order. Friends often order together and it would be helpful to have more eyes on the delivery status.

Easy to use, easy to order, finds all ones nearby restaurants.

It's just a bit meh really, sure you can order food but the app is designed by a monkey. The ui is bad, text gets cut off, the app doesn't remember your position when you leave an item so you have to scroll through the menu again, there's no support for English menus, the app is surprisingly power inefficient and honestly it is just horrible to look at. Nevermind that the estimated delivery times are usually quite wrong. So yeah it does what it needs to do, just very poorly.

Order notes are NEVER respected/followed. Refunds can be hard to get, too

Loads of restaurants to choose between. I don't like that suddenly at the end, after going to the payment page, 5 SEK is suddenly added on for service fee. This should be included in or shown at the same time as the delivery fee! I would have given more stars if I hadn't have seen the 5:- at the end!! I wanted to inform the restaurant of an allergy but didn't have this option when ordering. This should be available for EVERY order within the app.

Not the greatest! I get a lot of spam even if i select i don't want offers. Also the food don't have a picture when entering the store. How is this any good? You expect picture of the food when you order online.

You get an estimated time for let's say 40 min, that turns into at least 2 hours. Then it states that you got your food even though you didn't. And client service is total BS!! Use another app!! One star is too much!!

Waited 1h 10 minutes for a cold, but tasty burger. Would not recommend, there are better apps

Worked very well until they updated their "help center" which is just a FAQ page. It's impossible to get in contact with a human, even though they mention a chat on their website. Previously, I felt safe using the app as their customer service was reliable. If something happened I could count on them. Not anymore. Deleting the app.

Delivered the order late and missing items then refused to refund!!
