How it works :

1. App keeps crashing 2. If I have registered on my computer, it doesn't allow me to login using those credentials, but gives only two options of either login with my Google credentials or as a guest.
First appeal amount 2 time debited my account but appeal not don.
Very bad experience. App is not working properly while operating. I have submitted RTI on 05 Jan22 and my ₹353 payment was done.But My RTI is still pending by app operator. I am connecting customer care number but nobody is receiving the call. I am very frustrated. I have lost my ₹353 money.
Earlier some years ago have filed RTI thrice and had got the details accordingly but seems now service is getting degraded, Support not responding on mail, Call does not connect gets auto disconnected, so now go for other apps.
Refund full Money | App. 1069939 I applied for marksheet verification for private university, they I got intimation that if what should I want next 'cause they are not bound to reply. Then I said Cancel it & refund the full amount as mentioned in your website if rti expert concludes they cannot file rti you will offer full refund. I mailed you several times, got not reply. Please refund my money. App is full of bugs crashing everytime.
I filled 3 applications and all 3 has been escalated to second and final appeal. No response from team at all, just waste of money and energy. They are not worth. Instead of paying to these guys, it is better to file RTI ourself or through known source.
It seems like most positive reviews for this app are endorsed by the creator. Mostly because they are written in a perfect story and also, this app is not that good. You'll definitely know the bugs when you use it.
This online RTI aap is unuseful. In this app the developers helped anyone upto second Appeal filled / when anyone paid their payment for second Appeal. After this the developers not taking interest to help anyone that what he/she can do if he/she not received any reply. This app is only the wastage of money as well as time.
OnlineRTI Team is really doing a good job. We can get lot of required information through RTI application and OnlineRTI team helped me a lot to raise RTI in correct format as per Government process. Not even 1 star. Worst app ever. It always shuts down in the beginning stage. Nome of the icons are working.. just a waste of time..
I filed application for educational data After that complete payment by phonepe , however, status of my application shows payment pending I sent mail but I don't receive proper reason. Plz give me proper reason. In gmail sent before a week I share payment screenshot and pending status screenshot and other I seen the success payment after 3week Ok hope on rti online
This is a trash and a scam. They don't do anything with your application and after one month they wake up and reply to you. I asked them to refund because they did not reply for a month. Then they say it's their company policy that they will return only rs 50. So it's a full blown scam. This app should be taken down from Google play. They just take money and do nothing and after one month they just say it's their company policy not to refund full. What were they doing for one month?
Does not respond to customer care. And my second appeal has been pending for over a month even after making advance payment. No refunds are being processed and very bad service is processing its application. My application No 898128.
Worst app... I filed RTI application on urgent basis.. I paid full fees too... But they didn't even filed my application... They drafting from last one month.. n customer care is not responding.. waste of time..
Strange app !!! Was not able to even login using my gmail !!! So how is a person going to use it if each time I try to login , the app crashes !!
Customer care does not answer the phone. Also there is no response for the emails sent nor any updates about my RTI. In u opt for their service, than expect u will be made to run after them to get ur work done. This people are crook as no sooner u do ur payment, the review link comes and guess what we give excellent rating bcoz so far all went well but the real game starts later on abt not receiving any updates nor receiving phone calls. I hv been trying since 6th June but no response.
After so many reminders and efforts my application drafted and now when I check further follow up this app is always crashing. Dont know anything now what happened to my RTI. please dont install this app.
The app asks for 300 to 500 rupees for processing whereas on the government link for RTI charges 10 rupees. This is not acceptable. Don't use this app. RTI portal itself is very easy to use. Sa e your money.
App crashing. Unable to follow up on past RTI Because of that. Will change rating once it starts working.

Not good service. they write same address PIO and first apeal. they don't talk on helpline number and disconnect call when try to talk them
Need to file RTI against the app developer to know what were the quality standards to get tendor for this app from RTI department. Crashing every single time you swtich to home page or tapping on another options.
Unable to open app
