OnMyWay: Drive Safe, Get Paid

Improved. Now DND stays on once set. Would be great if it didn't have to be turned on at all. Others can simply lock a screen. Having to do more: open app, lock screen, turn on DND to track. Frustrating. Needs to have the ability to view offers WITHOUT adding to the wallet & the ability to remove from the wallet any inadvertently added. When multiple requests to remove said items are blatantly ignored, you don't feel heard or valued. Teased users showing "chat" that can't be used at all. SMH.

Definitely deleting the app now. They removed the $1,000 cash reward if you reach 10,000 miles. That was my ultimate goal and something to look forward to. I read that they said the rewards are subject to change but kinda disappointing to know it's not available now. Free Taco Bell and even free gas can't compare to $1k cash reward. It was fun while it lasted. The bad reviews will probably keep coming since this changed.

Downloaded app couple days ago just to see how well it works. Drove from Bar Harbor, Maine to Terryville, CT for approximately 395 miles. The App had only detected 211.8 of those miles. So it has just over 50% detection results for me. I guess something is better than nothing 🤷. Oh yeah phone was locked entire time. I don't text or answer calls while driving.

SAVE YOURSELF, DON'T DOWNLOAD! Had this app for a couple weeks now, at first it was working great but I've stopped getting paid for driving safe. I don't text or talk on my phone while I'm driving, always have my screen off and phone in the open and this week I haven't gotten paid for it with this app. Waste of time and space on my phone. Thanks on my way. UNINSTALLED!!

Isn't tracking miles correctly lately. Have driven 127 miles in 2 days, says only drove 0.2 miles. Was perfect, don't know what happened, even signed out, updated, & etc. Also says connect to internet, but I am connected. Have shut off phone, still isn't properly tracking. Just drove 683 miles, says I drove 423.2. Horrible tracking.. Not registering mileage at all. Drove 113.2 miles according to Google maps, but On My Way app has nothing recorded for yesterday. App was on, phone was locked.

Love the app. Love getting cash back for normal things that i already do and buy. Not happy that the new cash back options went to weekly instead of daily but hey.. they are still there. Sometimes the app acts up and does not track my trips.. we have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working again but have lost trips because of it. Overall pretty happy with this app.

If you have started using this app you might as well just keep it going what else are you doing besides driving anyways yes it can take a long time to get to the cash part but they have alot of other prizes you can get to easier but in the long run its worth it.

I was excited about having this app until I found out that you can never cash out. So all the "cash" you accumulate is basically worthless. You can only spend it on gift cards for overpriced stuff that very few people want. And none of the cards pay for the full price of any item.

So, if you want to get money back on things you spend money on, you gotta get this app. I'm sure you have an active social media account, it couldn't be any simpler. Now the main reason for this app is to get us as drivers to be safe. The app helps us to do that by monitoring our phone usage while we drive, by putting our phone into 'Do Not Disturb' mode. Really, we may find it annoying, but really it helps to keep us focused in driving. Look, the app gets you legit money. Download it, please.

update as of 4/2/22 Still cannot redeem with the app.. but found I am able to on the computer.. means I have to upload the video to my social media then download it to my computer.. then go on the onmyway websites and do it there.. I am not sure what the problem is with my app on my android but it just will not work.. am changing my rating from 2 to 4.. I will give a 5 when the app starts cooperating.. The update helped with some things but the gas and food ones will not work. I contacted support and was awarded for one gas one Feb 5th but I've tried so many others each week. I'm going to try from the computer and see if that works but I shouldn't have to do that.. Over The last month none will work. Not even the food or gas.. not going to do the videos if it don't. I love it when it works. It's a great app. Please fix the redemption part. When this is fixed I'll change my rating.

They automatically send a long advertisement text to anyone who texts you while you're driving telling them you're using their app instead of something simple like, "I'm driving". The app doesn't accurately detect when you start or stop driving, so users aren't paid what they should be. Update: Upon reading other reviews, I believe the problem is that my phone does not lock while using GPS. There's no reason this app is unable to detect what other apps are in use simultaneously.

I built over 1000 dollars and nothing really interesting to redeem and the only way to redeem gifts is by recording a video for a chance to win??? Doesn't calculate my miles, hasn't in months, all my referrals and friends gone ... this app needs major updates. Waste of time working for something and not getting rewarded for the work you put into driving..

This app looks like a win for the developer, and a loss for their users. Stopped referring people a couple of months after signing up. It takes way too many referrals and/or too much $ to cash in. Not interested in any of the "offers". I hope this doesn't end up being a waste of time. I can stay off my phone while driving, w/o using an app! I'm guessing some/a lot of the 5* reviews are fake. I'll give this a "little" more time in hopes that the rewards get better. After that, I'm uninstalling!

This app never correctly tracked miles. I have earnings of approx $370 that I can't cash in on because they don't really allow cash back unless you jump through hoops for $10 back. The money off section is linked to modern merch, pretty sure it all comes from China and the money off offer is never the full amount so if something is $100, the offer will be like $80, leaving you to pay $20 which is probably all its actually worth. So use at your own risk. This is looking like a scam to me.

LOOK at the response they left me.An app that really rewards doesn't need to falsely accuse irritated users of having false complaints.They don't give FREE gas or anything else. Unless the app makes it possible to cash out (even if only in Amazon/gift cards) when ever app users want,or within reason,NOT worth the irritation their phone control causes. I DON'T WANT COUPONS OR DISCOUNTS! They are not "rewards"! I don't need free McDonald's I HAVE that app. I get coupons FROM Domino's. Deleted!

Idea is great, however the app keeps phone on do not disturb. Also I've driven several miles 1k plus and the app has not calculated miles since October 2021 after $600.00 ish mark. I may uninstall but I noticed an update so I'll see.

Id give this app a 5 if somehow the onmyway app allowed us to take the onmyway cash and transfer it into a paypal or cash app or even varo. So we have an option between the deals and just cashing out.

After installing the most recent update, the app no longer opens and just hangs on the first screen without showing anything.... extremely dissatisfied after using this app for a LONG TIME :(

Cannot get the app to turn on. It says to go to app switcher, but I don't have app switcher. Not user friendly at all.

Scam alert! not actual cash, its credit to THERE stores that want more money then you accumulate. And there not even reputable ones. Drains battery and uses your data. items can be found at dollar store and 5 below and they price it like it sells for $200. Saves 28000 lives? How do you even come to this conclusion. Idea is good but stop saying you pay people cash. You pay no cash at all! your attempting to sell junk at a higher price then its worth.. SCAM scam scam

DO NOT, under any circumstance, I reiterate- DO NOT -buy anything they offer from ModernMerch. It's what they list for their money off products section, and ModernMerch is a SCAM. Their products are bad, and the fact that this app is funneling people to ModernMerch makes me suspicious of the rest of the app. I used the $70 off offer for a pair of earbuds, and they broke after taking them out of the case ONCE. I'm 80% sure they're buying 5 stars.

Saving 50 cents per gallon is always a great deal, but the process is a bit complicated and has to be completed exactly as directed.

I hate this app.100 for signing up but cant cash it out to my credit card.Payment methods are venmo and paypal only.And I was only interested in one off but didnt realize it would take money from what i earnes it was supposed to be a coupon.Or thats how it looked.....scam

The app was doing great but now it's not tracking my miles only my referrals. I've done ALL of the suggestions but nothing has helped. Added now the app just comes on in the middle of the night while I'm NOT driving, but when I'm actually DRIVING. Can't get it to do anything. It's been updated and still doesn't work. Whoever created this app obviously doesn't care if it works right. And does ANYONE actually get any money?

Kills your battery in a matter of hours. Maybe I will make enough money to replace my battery when it dies prematurely. This will suck the life out of your phone right quick!

Great app. When you up date app. Lose driving cost of mileage. Starting new again to $0.00 mileage. Will get back $900.00 driving of mileage put in on this app.

Mileage tracker is awful. Drove over 5000 miles and and it only tracked like 120 miles of it over about a 10 day period.

I want to give a better response, but the app is so slow, I have almost $2,000 and haven't cashed out at all because the requirements are crazy for "cash" and the other options are also junk for me (I don't do sunglasses since I wear glasses, I don't travel so I don't need a hotel, I don't shop at those high end clothing stores, etc.) And the biggest thing is the app keeps crashing in the background and has a hard time scrolling/loading in the app to look at the reqards.....

Since downloading app and signing up i havent earned nothing while driving i earned 100.00 for signing up and 0.09 for i think one trip but since i havent earned anything else
