ONN Bikes: Mobility Simplified

The interface of the app is very laggy and out dated. From outside it seemed to be a very good choice because of its cheap price options but vehicles the provide are too old and service not good. They dont provide i formation about the rental vehicle condition in the app. We were disappointed!

The vehicle provided is in horrible condition. Engine gets heated.. speed doesenot cross 65-70 but in the app something different shows up. It looks like bikes have never been under maintenance. Never washed or cleaned. It was a blunder to book bike ftom this app.. I have already recommend my other friends not do use this app ever and also will uninstall from my phone. Not even worth to spare any space to keep the app in phone.. Total waste

The bike given did not even had enough petrol to reach the nearest petrol station. I had to manually tow the bike till the pump. The bike provided is in very bad condition. Probably not serviced in years.. Engine makes a lot of additional noises. If you try to complaint to their representative who is managing the pick up point, he simply ask you to cancel if you have any problem, when you try to talk to their customer service number, no one picks up. If you cancel, youd have to pay fine too.

Pathetic service. I booked a vehicle and paid the amount. when i went for pickup they said that the vehicle was not available. I was in a hurry to go somewhere and it was urgent for me. They should have deactivated the vehicle in the app itself before i booked. It created a lot of inconvenience for me. Moreover i haven't been refunded yet.

I had booked a bike with them for a sum of 2k and they cancelled the bike for me as I didn't have a rental agreement for my flat at the moment, they cancelled the bike and took 75% of the amount I had paid, not only this they were not co-operative at all and if possible I would have rated this zero stars the worst app on the store.

The bike was in a very poor condition and the bike was covered in dust like it was standing there for years. I could see the disc brakes loosely attached. Plus they will submit the original DL which they don't mention in the app. They are running pretty shady business

A very average experience. Quality of bike : 6/10 Cleanliness of bike: 3/10 Pickup experience: 10/10 1. Bike was not at all clean when I picked it up. It was muddy all over and desperately needed at least basic dry cloth cleaning. 2. Fuel indicator and front left indicator doesn't work. Seat locking doesn't work (for activa). 3. Side stand is not properly functional (difficult to operate as it was pushed inside). 4. Left mirror was not tight (I had to get it rectified as I use mirrors a lot).

This was my worst experience with rented bikes. There is no quality check for two-wheelers. The Activa visor was shaking a lot, the brakes were not working and it was difficult to turn the Activa. The feedback is also not taken seriously by their executives. Please go for Drivezy, bounce or zoomcar. Don't ever try this app.

It's the worst of all rental self drive option available. neither you get the vehicle you have opted for nor confident that the vehicle that you get would be in condition. I received the Activa which did not even had head lock and whole front console including the head was shaking. When you ask for different vehicle, they suggest you to cancel your order due to unavailability of vehicle, saying that you get your money back. I never received even a single penny back. I'm tiered call those guys..

Worst service ever. I have rented bikes through this app more than once to be able to give this review. Never did I get the bike I booked. There was always an issue with the bike i booked and had to adjust with a spare bike. The maintenance of the bike is no good and response to any issue is never on time considering there's always an issue. Never going to book again via this app.

The condition of bikes is well and good. but these people have charged a lot after the ride. We know that we have exceeded the distance covered, but these people have charged a lot than what is the penalty. we have travelled something around 170-180km extra ( in friends' bikes it was showing around 170-180 km extra ), but these people have said we traveled for 280 km extra, and the app shows the reason for penaly being we returned the bike late, but we were on time.

What bullcrap two wheelers have been provided...earlier activa which was booked was not in good condition. Front mud guard was dented, handle felt a bit tight while taking left turns, no rear view mirrors, no good condition of button start, no good condition of tyres, tyres were infact wobbling upon certain patches of roads everytime. And finally, this was the only activa left from their end when approached for picking it up. Again the same situation, when booked for the second time.

I had a very bad experience. I did a booking like 6 hours in advanced still the bike wasn't ready. It was all dirty, without petrol, no side mirrors. It took the guy 20 minutes to start it. During the trip I realized that the speedometer and odometer both are showing wrong readings. Going at the speed of 60, the speedometer was showing 160 and travelling 10 kms was coming around 16kms in odometer. I travelled around 250kms and the odometer showed 385kms. So beware and check your odometer too.

The Bike looked like it was parked for months, was given a pretty dirty and dusty bike..why can't you just clean it with a wet cloth atleast if you cannot give it for wash everytime.. the guys at the pickup point have enough time when we have booked it in advance since its only available at a pickup point unlike bounce which we can understand. also the price is little higher compared to others FYI: at first i was offered again a debris filled bike with no number plate. engine wise bike was good

The bikes need maintaince. They have been delivered after wiping the outside dust. Sometimes you feel while driving that chain is somewhat loose, rear brake keep on making sound whenever you press. Clutch is very hard. Proper maintainance for basic components (brake, clutch, gear box, horn, chain etc.) should be done on regular basis. One thing I appreciate very much is the easy pick up and drop facility and the staff behaviour. Hope next time I will get a better bike..
