Onnect - Pair Matching Puzzle

i enjoy this game. i liked it more when i first started playing - didn't mind the ad videos 'cause it was easy to skip or close them. now (game #2700+), it doesn't always give the 'x' to close the video, & sometimes when i click the 'x', it takes me to the ad website. not good! if it keeps getting harder to close an ad video after getting the reward, i'll uninstall the game & start over, or stop playing altogether. fyi: it has a leaderboard only in special challenges.

The game itself is fun. However, the ads regularly lock up the app, requiring a forced stop. Also, often the rewards don't load, which is frustrating when you've already watched the darned ad to claim the reward. As of May 2022, the Meta ads lock everything up. Tired of watching the same ad 4 times in hopes of saving the points I earned on a round.

I've been playing this game for years and I loved it. Got a new phone, lost all my progress, had to start from level 1 and was fine with it. But now for some reason I'm seeing adds which I pay to not see and it's very annoying and if it can't be fix it will be a deal breaker. Why would I pay $10/ month and still have to watch adds?

Fun game, reasonably challenging. While some screens are more challenging than others, it does become routine over time. Lots of layered ads, but not quite out of control.

Poor execution of gems caused by a greedy ad-pushing developer. I usually play offline because I usually don't have internet on my tablet so when I lose to a level you'd assume I could use some of my 1k+ earned gems to add some time, but no, it absolutely forces you to watch a video to continue, even when offline. Otherwise you need to start the level all over. I paid for ad free initially and I'm regretting it. What even is the point of the gems if you can't use them???

LOVE this game! I've been TRYING to play Zen match for a month and it's frustrating! I am deleting it in favor of this game! This game lets me earn more turns, where zen takes your turns and gives NO rewards. It gives you 2 free cheats every 24 hours and wants you to buy more! I have to wait 30 minutes for each turn and then it gives you impossible matches! Please don't change anything about this game! It is also challenging!

I got to level 379 and the tiles were all black. I tried to hard stop the game, leave and come back to it, tried everything I could think of to fix it so I could keep playing....nothing worked. I had to uninstall and then reinstall it. All my little "tools" I had acquired?? Gone. Worst part is, I subscribed to this one so I could skip the ads....but when I uninstalled it, that was gone too. I don't know how to get it on this new account with out paying for a new subscription.

No sync function so need to start over when you get a new phone per support team. I took a picture so I could send it to them so they could see my current access but no response. One would think that they would have installed a sync function by now.

Unhappy with update. Cheats me out of bonus points. Too many ads. 6 ads in the middle of a game, just to get extra time. Freezes up and have to get out of game. Too bad, this was one of my favorite games. Hope they get the kinks out. Just a source of aggravation.

I love the game, but the game doesn't always recognize my VIP subscription status which 8s very frustrating. About 2 weeks ago the app was updated, and didn't recognize my VIP status. I had to view ads in order to extend play. Then a few days later I could extend play, and was able to use all my rewards. Last week I noticed I was no longer receiving double rewards, or collecting daily free play extention rewards. Yesterday it reverted back to to having to view ads to extend play. Please fix this

It was nice... not anymore. They get gready. Connercials now and then is ok. However. Commercials that keep starting again after wait wait and watch a long time. Over 3 min.. Click on the X doesn't end the commercial. Only way to stop it after several minutes is kill the game. But starting the game again results getting trapped in this sequence again. So DO NOT INSTALL...... until this bug is fixed. And I hate the time limit.

I love this game. I have been playing this game for years but all of a sudden I'm seeing ads and tiles that I checked to not play on is being shown. It's like it doesn't realize I pay monthly to not see the ads and certain tiles. If this can't be fixed I will cancel my subscription.

Would love to give this 5 stars, but there are a few annoying things about the game. It keeps freezing and it will just close, so I have to open it again. The most annoying thing is the amount of adverts, and sometimes it's the same one all the time! Apart from that it passes the time.

There are some images that are difficult for me to focus on, even if the images are nice. Its ridiculous that we would have to be VIP to turn off images that were difficult to look at (i have sensativity of the eyes) or have to spend gems to get image flippers. Other than that its a good game. Maybe too many ads between levels but thats to be expected

I want to know what the flash is I keep getting. Its just like something is taking my picture over and over. it happens about once an hour and it's getting annoying and almost scary because this doesn't happen when I'm using any other app. Other reviews have also mentioned this. I've "won" the Onnect Cup twice but never got a reward! What is the reward anyway? All it does when I try to claim my reward is start a new game! What's the fun of that?

I loved this game but it updated by itself and lost all my progress i was in level over 1000 that is very frustrating since i was looking forward to get to the finish line. Now i have to start over which is making me not want to play it anymore.

Very addictive game n sometimes make your eyes squint alot to see where is the other pairs. Lotsa ads video after u completed every level which is annoying n it makes u watch some more videos in order to complete the 1000 points for rewards n make u watch some more ads if you want to have double the rewards...

I have a subscription for your game but since your update on 3/26/2022 it no longer is allowing me the VIP and I refuse to pay 9.49 dollars again since it paid on 3/26/2022. I also lost all my my extra play extras and it started me over from the very beginning! Please if you can fix this issue I will change the rating. Thank you.

I love this game and even at the higher levels there are easy levels to play as well as more challenging ones so enjoy the only thing that bothers me is all the adds but I know that's how we can play for free

UPDATED from 2020: I can now pay a nominal amount to get rid of ads. Awesome. Also you can easily, quickly and for free earn helping options to completelevels. [2020 review: Love it except for ads. Way too many ads. Would pay to stop ads (only offer was for monthly payment)]

Way too many ads. Just because I completed a level, there's an ad. To double your stars, another ad. Click anything else, ad. Not worth it.

Love the app, & challenges. Great for keeping the mind busy. Hoping there continues to be a variety of objects each level, as time goes on.

I like it a lot and I like that it gives you new scenes and also new tiles within the scenes so you are not matching the same things over and over. On some levels, as you clear pairs, the other tiles shift to one side so that is a little bit more of challenge as you have to study the board and click carefully so you don't lose other matches.
