Doesn't let me register an account. Complains about password. Says it needs number, letter and a special character, even though I have all those.

Remember that if there is an error in your booking, they will not help you, not even one minute after booking. So they don't care about environment or driving with empty seats while showing on the site wrong information such as full bus. I was mislead by the booking process: "... All our tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable so if you have accepted the payment for more than one ticket and received all of the tickets, we cannot make exceptions to our terms and conditions.. ."

Useful for traveling with the currier. To bad it does not keep the ticket you purchese in advance available for the time when you actually need it, forcing you to go trogh the email to get the boarding code. FIX THE ISSUE !-)

There is no option to modify the credit card details and no option to delete the existing one. You need to delete and reinstall the app... Ridiculous nuance, the developers have never heard about expiring cards.

Tried to book tickets, app claims that transaction failed. I try again, same result. I check my bank and see that transactions have gone through, but I still don't have any tickets.

Payment does not work. When there is ten minutes to journey payment cannot be completed and you have to pay double at the driver. App has so many bugs.
