App still not working. When you open the app it still is searching for a connection no matter if you're on internet Wi-Fi or just on phone service it's not working. Even on a computer still not pulling up the schedule. It needs to be fixed I keep getting notifications that it's fixed and I follow the directions and it still does not work and this is happening to my co-workers as well this app needs to be updated this is vital for us to be able to see our schedules.
This app is easy to use but that's if it works. There're too many glitches. I've been trying for the last three hours to log but I keep getting this message " We are having trouble connecting. You may have lost connection to the Internet or have a slow connection" I'm sorry but both wifi and cellular connections are working with internet apps tried using except this. Using the online account tells me my username/password is wrong but they aren't. I need info urgently but this app won't let me!
What is happening with this app!?!? I have several shifts I'm scheduled and none are showing up in my app. When I try to find open shifts, it says there aren't any but there are loads if them when you look via the web. I've tried uninstalling and it is STILL an issue! You keep telling people the SAME thing in their reviews but don't you think you should take a closer look since so many of us are having issues??? Get it together!
Still experiencing difficulties. Logged out and in several times, uninstalled and reinstalled. The connection issue has not been resolved despite notification from developer that it has been fixed. This app used to work perfectly. Now I don't know when I am working, can't get messages, or pick up shifts.
They say they put measures in place to prevent the app from glitching out, but yet again today I'm getting the "not connected to the internet" again. Clearly I am connected and I have nothing, but problems with this app. I work between different buildings and not being able to log in and see my ever changing schedule of buildings I'm supposed to be in is a real nightmare!
Well I see it's not just me experiencing the same issues with the error: your not connected to the internet message. Your guy's previous response post all say the same thing, "we have fixed the issue that which was causing the program to slow down. Well that can't be the issue if it's still not connected to the internet. But if it is the problem (speed) could use guys speed it up and fix it properly some of us have to get to work.
Onshift used to work great for me, but in the last week I have been getting a server error and can't see the schedule. I've sent an email with no response. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
3.5 Stars *They allow partial shift requests and have gone back and forth with this feature. I haven't had any crashes. I do have these 'cannot connect ' issues at times. All I do is restart the app and it's fine. My issue is when I get message about my CPR, training, etc, there are no alerts. I wrote support and suggest they add some indicator showing when a new new message is available. It would be much better than having to randomly check my messages daily.
When viewing the schedule, I click on the day to review it or request an open shift, and that's fine, but when I go back, it returns me all the way to the very beginning and then I have to go back and recall where I was just at. It's an added nuisance. But appreciate the availability of the app
I have not been able to access any wages I have earned since the end the end of November. And any refund I have gotten since the beginning of December has not been loaded to my card neither. It shows up on my transactions but not in my balance. What is going on? I am about to stop using this all together and have my paycheck put on a different card period!!!!!
This app always logs me out randomly and when I try to log back in, it tells me my information is incorrect when it's not (I have it auto-saved and even written down). It's frustrating having these glitches in this app. I will be signed in, then when I go back in an hour; I'm signed out. The call of a sudden I will be magically logged in the next day. Update: no it's not the wallet feature. We don't use that through my employer.
Terrible app unable to use last 2 weeks my employer has even tried to help me and nothing has worked tried resetting my password..I have to call daily to see where I am working......I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times the app sux no one seems to know how to fix it work was given my phone and did the reset themselves it didn't work for them either
Had trouble with this app, but they finally fixed it for me. It's a good app when it works. Very frustrating when it goes down because I need to be able see my work schedule.
Too many glitches. I literally get a message "unable to process your requestat this time" every single time I try to transfer my earned wages to my debit card. It has worked one or two times in the past, but the last 10 times I have tried to use that function, it absolutely will not work. It is really beginning to feel like a waste or time to even try. This is very unfortunate.
Horrible. I have nothing been having so much trouble with Onshift. Keeps saying I have no internet connection when I do. I have deleted it and re-download the app and it's still does the same thing. Won't even let me borrow from my check or even see my schedule. Then the screen goes white and then it goes back to no internet connection.
The app does not properly fit the screen on my galaxy S22 nor does any of the functions work. I have Uninstalled and installed several times and no change.
There seems to be a lack of urgency in correcting their issues. For over a week now, I am unable to check my schedule. This is not an isolated case as my coworkers are experiencing the same issue. I encourage you all to seriously consider dropping Onshift and changing to another program. I get having tech issues, but not for weeks, and not without improvement!
I recently started a new job and this app is very necessary for scheduling purposes and accessing on call shifts but I have not received any messages to my phone for the last two weeks so I have missed several messages. I have Uninstaller app several times and updated and still not receiving any messages. Very 😡 upsetting
I have attempted several times to verify an amount sent to my bank so i could use the wallet options. I will put in the amount to verify and i get a message i have exceeded the number of tries and need to start over again. Customer service is of no help, they can't tell me why this is happening or how to solve it. App would be great if i could get it to work.
I have received emails saying the issue is resolved but it's not. The app takes forever to load. I can see my schedule but when I click on find open shifts and who's working with me it just spins and nothing happens.
Its very convenient to see my schedule on my phone, requests shifts to be covered, see who I'll be working with... However, this app is very slow, and too often it won't load. I'm always logges in, but when the schedule is updated, Onshift kicks me out and I cant log back in for hours.
Glitches to often. I keep trying to look at available shifts and it says there's a poor connection. I checked and it's fine all my other apps work perfectly. Im the only one using my wifi and it's the only app in use and still tell me it's to slow.
Half the time it won't load! It's terrible when you need to see your schedule for work, not reliable! Says it may be due to the internet connection but that's not true when others apps work on the same connections.
Update: OnShift is working much better now, so I'm editing my rating. I usually have no problems with OnShift, but now it keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I clearly am, based on all my devices and other apps. I'm unable to even see my schedule. I apologize for the 1 star, as previously I would have rated much higher, but I feel I have no choice.
