This service is awful. All of my coworkers and management advise against using it. It claims that you get immediate access to earned wages. It's always a few days behind. I spent a week and a half waiting for hours to update. My employer showed me that payactive had my current hours. I spoke to customer service, who said that they didn't. I am always on the phone with them if I use the service. Don't tell me to contact the developer, because the problems are systemic. Awful service.
The first month I used this app it was great but it hasn't updated my hours in months. I spoke to coworkers and they have the same problem. I did click the help button and talked to someone labeled "simon" I was given an email address to send my time card to. So I had to do their job updating my hours. That was a month ago. Tried to use it yesterday. I had to email my timecard. I recieved an email back saying it would be updated by tomorrow. It has not been updated.
My work uses this crappy service. They sent me a card and I activated it and even have a onshift account. Tried to use the wallet app and it doesn't work. Talked to a representative and they say they don't have my information. Like how does that make sense. Just don't use this service its terrible.
This app is garbage. Its only worked for me one time. Every other time the app closes itself or wont open or reads error. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times. It ridiculous and still doesny work. Dont waste your time.
Just started having trouble with this app they told me download the new app I did, after that I haven't been able to do or get anything. Whenever I call for help it's the same person and he will tell you one or two things to do after that doesn't work he's rude and will try to get off the phone. Im calling bbb because this is a scam at this point and I don't feel comfortable them having my info. STILL TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE MY BANK IS PENDING FOR THE 4TH OR 5TH TIME NOW.
Horrible customer service I've had them tell me they goin to change my password when I was logging in the app fine then they wouldn't give me the password been trying to access my funds for 2 days now still no good results customer service wasn't helpful at all!!!! I would not recommend
Terrible. The app does not function. Cannot click on add a bank account, it just kicks you out again to add new account. Got nowhere with help desk.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app. One I log in it it's taking me to apply for the onshift debit card instead of allowing me transfer my funds into my bank account.
at first I thought this was a pretty neat app listen December 11th I haven't been able to receive a reset amount I've paid them back and my available balance is still at zero and its January 11th I have emailed them I have spoken to someone on their chat system they gave me directions on what to do if I have done it and still no response I think this app needs a lot of work it is not ready does not work and I am extremely disappointed in this app
this app sucks doesnt work properly very inaccurate the customer service number is a joke they have no clue how to use the app the app have no info for tech support they tell you they gone have someone that can help you call you back and it never happens
Do Not Download!! Does not work and customer service is no help. Been trying to get my problem fixed for weeks and all they tell me is IT will be giving you a call, a week later after calling back several times....still no call. Waste of time
poor if i could i would give it a one star i had been trying to reach out to them for about 4 days no ever responded then my issuse was that 5 had been charged twice in one pay period then they for get to take the funds out so now they want to take funds out from 12/10 and its 1/10 and i have been sending a email of my paystub to be cleared and still nothing bad services 😤
This app is the worst!!! Unfortunately my employer uses it so now I am having to use it. IT DOES NOT WORK PERIOD!!!! It won't go any further than adding my bank info. Waste of my time.
Can't log into app. Representatives call that it is fixed and I still can not log into the app. Very frustrating.
The app is asking me for a new password for whatever reason. I made a new one and its continuously saying,invalid! With no option to fix!
Can't upload funds and can't call for help. Has to use chat or email. What's the use of ordering a cash card through the mail and can't use it. I wish this had a zero star selection because a 1 star is untrue.
I installed this app a week ago and haven't been able to use it. When I open it, all it shows me is an announcement for Timely pay! I hope it's fixed soon!
The tech support is terrible. They tell you they will address your problems but they dont. It is a constant hastle to get your money.
If there was a 0 star I would rate it 0. I lived in New york.they have my state as AL and telling me I work 140 for 2 days . There was a $100 dollars in my account by the time I finished talking to customer s service there was only $65 left,now today I tried adding my bank account and there is 0 dollars left. This app is a scam and customer service is the same person and ther is no help so how.do I get my money
Horrible.. unable to use in ANY CAPACITY. REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND JUST SHUFFLED TO THE NEXT PERSON. WHAT A USELESS FEATURE. I WILL BE LETTING MY JOB KNOW THIS FEATURE IS RENDERED UNUSABLE AND TO CANCEL THIS METHOD FOR OUR EMPLOYEES.
This app completely sucks. It took my money but still says status unpaid after 7 days. There is no way to contact customer service
Had problems with this app since I used it won't recommend to use it had a problem with them not applying payment on time as had to send proof multiple times
Very poor customer service and i cant access avaible balance due at the moment, terrible app needs alot of work.
App does not update hours! Have spoken to multiple reps on many occasions and no one seems to know what the issue is.

This is an awesome perk my company offers employees! Every pay period it lets you have an advance for only 1.99 fee!
This app is garbage. Even after you verify all of your information correctly, it still does not allow you to use it.
Horrible App!!! Just trying to connect the app to a checking account is ridiculous! God forbid I actually had an emergency and needed access to my wages. I had issues connecting and verifying my account, then everything was fine. I go back into the app and its says there's no account connected. So for the third time I connected my account & it still says pending verification after a week. The customer service is a joke! NO HELP WHAT SO EVER! I was even hung up on when he couldn't fix it!!!
